The designers assign specific walks to the models. The walk goes with the style. She is not the one deciding the rhythm or the “type” of walk, i. e. the attitude conveyed throughout the fashion show. The only thing she’s in control of is what is sometimes known as a “signature walk”, i.e. she needs to have a specific walk that is quite personal if the designer asks her to walk with her typical “supermodel walk”.

She set's the standards for what real MODEL should look like , face beauty size shape versatility . The rest of the models are just fillers and add on s , the 80's r where the real once with a few to date ,
I came to watch something fresh but yet Classic. Its like taking a step back to a Retro but yet in a Modern time. Its like paying for a exclusive Safari trip deep in a jungle, waiting and waiting to see the most rare Tiger of all. Amongst all the other creatures, all just to get that one glance and then "She is", just for a snap and then she's lost once more. Leaving you wanting more and your breath in Disarray. Lol.

I don't care about the negative (not to mention ignorant and subjective POVs) this blatantly striking brilliant model often generates. Okay, SO she happens to be Cindy Crawford's daughter?!!! Let's get on with it; that is, If one can allow him/herself the chance to notice that Kaia Gerber is a wonderfully passionate and gifted model. Not many contemporary models are able to put the artistic element of modeling back into focus. Whether she's doing print, runway etc, she's obviously an extremely talented model with a diligent and inspiring work ethic, which goes beyond the surface. Quite frankly, she doesn't deserve the constant criticism she gets, particularly about her weight which continues to adjust because she's STILL a teenager! For God's sake, she hasn't had the time her own mom had to grow into a fully developed woman. I was very tall and thin at her age so to me, her frame is not abnormal or alarming in any regard. The fact that so many people ignore her undeniable talent as a model is sad and further demonstrates that bullying continues to be an unnecessary epidemic. Honestly, grow up!!!
Quidest Veritas never mind literature, science, peace, the complex elements she has infused into modeling and her WALK, should make the Nobel committee take notice. The inspiring talent, execution and creativity she's given to the province of modeling is mind boggling. Truly sad her brilliant contributions may never be recognized by more than just youtube viewers like ourselves, Squidest.
Chen Lin I completely understand your argument, which is very cohesive and articulate. I fervently agree with you, and I dare say that you and I are perhaps on the same page with regards to the charismatic, gifted, and magnetic Kaia Gerber, whose profound intelligence comes across art work??? Her passion for modeling AND getting it right is beyond obvious and oh so inspiring!!! She's a brilliant model without question with a promising future! Nobel Prize material? Well, we shall see. The Norwegian Committee and the global sociopolitical community don't typically give out such hallowed prizes without years of considerable amounts of effort and energy. Too early to tell momentarily. (My opinion)

Quidest Veritas beg to differ. They give the prize before years of accomplishment. Obama got the Nobel prize in his first year as president, President Carter got it after 8 years however. But a Nobel prize for brilliant modeling for profound intelligence and passion for modeling? You two need a goal in life.

They never say how tall she is. I wonder if her thinness makes her look taller. Duh.
I think she is around 5'9, I don't think she is more than that.
You can easily go to IMG's website or look up her showcard to see her stats. Currently, they put her at 176 cm or 5'9.5. Don't know if she will still grow. IIRC, she was 5'8' in her debut.
