Thanks Robin. I much prefer this type of solving, without 'pencil marks' (little numbers).
There is a lot to be learnt by the viewer too, because of the 'logic' explanations used to describe why a candidate is valid.
It would be great to see more tutorials using this format style. !
    Thanks.

Hi, Robin, great video, as always! I'm a big fan of your work with Sudoku! Just allow me to make a request: I would like to watch you (and learn with you) solving some more very hard games, where you should explore with more accuracy all that advanced and complex techniques with "strange" names as swordfish, skyscrapers, and so on. Keep up with your great work!

Solving manually without candidates and notations will make your tutorials incomparably more attractive, because they are not found in other channels.
I would suggest solution of harder puzzles in this manner in sudoku guy tutorials.

Did as you suggested and did the puzzle before watching, without using notations. Guess I am a bit more advanced, as this was too simple for me. Did the puzzle in approx 5 minutes. Definitely need those notations on harder ones though.

Hello! I am doing ok-ish on solving Sudoku. But have you ever considered a tutorial series on how to solve the variant sudoku? Or is that beyond the scope of your video series? I have been playing with the Studio Goya sudoku games on Steam. Like the Miracle one, has a bunch of sudoku with 1 or no given digits, and those I can't solve, not without a lot of guessing. >.< Just to be clear, being variant sudoku, they have extra rules that give the constraints to where digits can be placed. Like 'non consecutive' where two orthogonal cells can't contain consecutive digits. So a 2 can't have a 1 or a 3 next to it, etc. Or knights move, no digit may repeat with a 2 by 1 move (like the knight chess piece) of each other. Etc.

@@SudokuGuy Not * my * system, there are a lot of setters, from what I've seen, that do these. I discovered them though CTC. - ruclips.net/video/yKf9aUIxdb4/видео.html , example video. :D It's Simon's first Miracle Sudoku, as it's called. Only 2 givens but it's solvable. :D

Congratulations. If you try very hard puzzles where there are many empty cells with many possible numbers, to do those puzzles without using little numbers means you must have an excellent memory. All the best.

Yes, it's possible indeed to solve it without pencil marks because... it's too easy. Approaching tutorial #100 I think it's time for you to go the next level. There is enough sites with difficult and interesting sudokus. Why not taking the niche of middle strength? Honestly this one was not funny at all.

What is your email ID or do I send it to your website? Thank you, Sir. Please share your website address as well.🙏
