    Even I have Anusim ancestry when they fled to England from Spain. And that's excluding the fact we then moved to America of course.
    So while I am happily Anglo-Saxon descended. I do have Sephardic ancestry and they became anusim when they willingly Anglicized.

    So, I knew I had Jewish roots because of some telltale signs which were very odd in comparison to other Christian sects and my dad told me his dad was raised in a community called Jerusalem and Media Luna in Puerto Rico. One day I read a newspaper article by Jay Bushinsky on Spanish-Israeli ties ripen, which led me on a quest to finding who in my family tree is Jewish. I started with surenames, not enough though they were there, but not until I took a DNA test did I have better proof, it so happens I have Jewish roots on both parents and over 80% of my matches have several degrees of the genes. Many are Ashkenazi as well as Sephardí. I hope that very soon there could be a medium to return to the tribe, we need rabbis.

    Thanks for your hard work in all these genetic studies! It's been extremely difficult to conduct independent migration according to various historians. Our Belmonte route went into Kochi (Jews) and then Mumbai Bene Israel and possibly a subsect from the Bhutan and Dirang (Sherdukpen and Sharchop) to a partial Bnei (Menashe) (Nefamese) during which Bhutan had become a par excellent Kingdom, worthy of merchants. As well Hadramautis (Yemeni Jews) aquired somewhere in the Sea routes... as well as Beta Israel. The Dzongkha translation into English most certainly raises serious financial questions in support of our beloved Mother, as the past in Central America is in question (unlawful Halacha).

      You need to be the new wine skin to store the new wine. New wine cannot be put in the old wine skin. The old convenant cannot mix with the new convenant. The old convenant is the law but the new convenant is through faith in Jesus Christ. Those who live by faith whether Jew or Gentiles r Abraham's children. Read the bk of Galatians.

    @almariama How sure really are you with your arguments .Even the the Lemba tribe of Zimbabwi has genetic connections to the 12 tribes of Israel ,therefore it's not by outside appearances a measure to judge even to Jewish connections . It's true you can say that,but how far does your knowledge can prove against the Bnai Anusim .Let science and traditional/ historical documents speak .

  • @posterboyuk1

    Cute fantasy. I am a Western Sephardi Jew with an interest in genealogy. Genetically I am sure that almost everyone of Iberian descent now has some Jewish blood. The chance of tracing matrilineal lines back to 1492, 1497 or earlier is virtually zero. And how far back do you want to go?! The mitochondrial DNA of 60% of Ashkenazim is not "Jewish". I think the message of Western Sephardi history is that religious nuts are NEVER good news. But if people want to convert, that's their business.

      They are 100% Jews. Most have Haplogroup J which is the most.common in Ashkenazim and Sephardim as well as Palestinians, Jordanis and all the Levantines from the land of Israel area. Any counter proof of your claim?

    • @user-zo4mk9iv8c
      @user-zo4mk9iv8c 3 месяца назад

      For me the DNA comes first. The haplogroup and names are scientific, genetic, and genealogical proof. This equates in beeing part of a people. Then judaism is a faith you opt for it or not. Many Israelies do not believe nor practice judaism. @@EvaLasta

    The "BNEI ANUSIM" are the original people whose ancestors lived in the Iberian Peninsula for millenniums . They found the way to The Americas before, with and after Cristobal Colon. The "BNEI ANUSIM" don't need conversion because they were forced under threat to convert to Catholicism. The "Chuetas" of Palma De Mallorca were declared "Jews" by the Orthodox Rabbinate in Jerusalem just simply because they were suspected of being descendants of Jews expelled from Spain. These "Chuetas" were eating pork, attending church and had no idea about the Torah. NO Latino will be given that designation without conversion. Why? RACISM!!! Keep in mind that the Ethiopian Jews had been practicing Judaism for centuries, but when they were brought to Israel they had to go through the humiliating process of conversion. However, when a European mentions being descendant of "Jews"...a red carpet is thrown under his feet and is candidate for "Aliya". The issue? RACISM!!! Europeans have sequestered an AFRICAN faith. The HEBREWS came from the MESOPOTAMIA and NOT Europe or the Caucasus.

    • @ruh8659
      @ruh8659 3 года назад +1

      Mesopotamia is not african.

    • @josephking1947
      @josephking1947 3 года назад +2

      The Ethiopians only have a 500yr history of Judaism a small number converted and had certain Jewish customs but they were not practicing Judaism, they required the conversion process to learn how to practice Judaism and live a Jewish life, they also had Christian rituals they needed to get rid of as well so I see nothing racist regarding the Ethiopians

      @@ruh8659 in the old map Mesopotamia was part of the African continent. The West divided it out. In the Old testament God prophesied the kingdom of David will be extended from the River Nile in Egypt to the River Euphrates in Iran, Iraq.
