I did, wel most of it at least, and for countries that didn't take out stupid sums of debt, I made those countries profitable via helping the economy, health, education and technology. There are way more variables of course, but getting rid of most taxes is actually a great way to stimulate the market entirely thus affect income, employment rate etc, etc, and then GDP.
