There's no change of direction - but that looks like 5 or 6 steps, then still throwing on the move. So definitely a travel by the letter of the rule - and I feel like it's also a travel by the spirit of the rule, because the thrower gains an advantage by moving. I might not call it but I'd accept the call.

@@isaackelly3157 Its kinda dumb, because in that time you could also just take 3 huge steps without slowing and not get a travel call. Small steps are pretty necessary for actually stopping as fast as possible
