His voice is amazing!!! I knew he would win! I’m so concerned about his weight though. IZ died at 38 years old. I don’t want to see this young mans heart and other organs fail. Even the weight he is at takes a big toll on his body, joints, lungs, heart, everything. I want to be able to know he is singing beautiful music for many decades to come! Iam, if you read this, please know I am only concerned for you. You are so, so talented and are obviously loved by your family as well as your fans. Please try to find someone that can help you lose some of the excess weight and do it in a reasonable manner where you don’t feel deprived of foods you like. I don’t want you to die.

Honestly when I first heard this guy sing: I knew he would win anerican idol. To me if you can tell a story so clear, it doesn't matter about all the vocal tricks or how the notes need to compete. The energy from the story will keep listeners there with you and it makes the song feel better and personal. That's what I saw as his trump card. He earned his victory and he's doing great. Good man
