Yes, people feel tougher insulting via the internet because there is a 'virtual barrier'. Basically, people they insult cannot physically harm them via the internet (Obviously.). However, when it comes to person to person chatting, I'm betting around 75% of people would quickly act nice and change their tune compared to their online behaviour.
I'd say roughly 80% of crashes are due to installations using S.A.M.I., a very dodgy program. The other % is due to the mod's being poorly scripted. Solutions: Install mod's ONLY using IMG Tool, don't EVER use S.A.M.I. to install mod's, and as for the bad mod's, well, unless you know about them prior you may accidentally install one. Most fully public mod's are well coded, though.

No, i doubt SAMI is the problem. Either re-install the mods or it maybe the person who packed the mods. To use SAMI, Create new folder at desktop. Then extract the two files to the folder. Name it and use SAMI. Click use folder and browse for the name of the file. Install and Click Run GTA SA. Done.
I strongly disagree. From personal experience, using S.A.M.I. has resulted in frequent crashing and some areas of the game I couldn't go near without the game crashing. You're right that the mod's are sometimes badly made, but also S.A.M.I. installs mod's using dodgy installation coding and algorithms. IMG Tool is far more reliable and installs mod's with no crashing whatsoever. (Unless the mods' themselves are bad.). I highly SUSPECT S.A.M.I. is the issue a lot of the time.

They are mini uzis. At the beginning you can use only one but when you use it a lot you can use two at the same time
