They don't call him 'The Texas Rattlesnake' for nothing. But in real life, you're completely right; He's one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet. He just played the role of Stone Cold perfectly.
Yep, Stone Cold Steve Austin was basically THE face of the Attitude era, and his rivalry with The Rock was a legendary one. Sadly, he was forced into early retirement from in-ring action due to medical issues (and this was around the time John Cena's rise began, which is why they never had any extended interaction, unfortunately). However, he DID briefly come out of retirement just last year to settle a feud with Kevin Owens at WrestleMania, so the old rattlesnake still has some bite left in him! 😉
Austin himself told that he was so surprised that Owens didn’t throw him a receipt cause he was throwing some potatoes since he said he hasn’t thrown a working punch in 20 years 😂 don’t know if current wrestlers even throw receipts anymore, but back in the day they were commonplace and Austin has given a few of those himself😂
Public speaking is already difficult infront of 20 people, imagine doing it infronta 20,000 people AND millions watching LIVE! And to do it so effortlessly like Stone Cold, that takes talent!
Stone Cold is one of my favorite wrestlers, the thing that sucks though in 2003 he was forced to retire due to multiple knee injuries and a serious neck injury 😢 his rival with The Rock was my top favorite man I miss those days Thank you bunny for another great video always great seeing you react to these 👍
He was shaked up intire world at 1998~1999. That Anti-hero character(ex: middle finger, Beer showering, trash talking, whipped somebodies asses) who peoples loved it in the world.
Steve wasn’t really a bully later he did with Kurt. (Funny promos) But he was a quick talker, and would say what in his mind. He was the everyday guy that flights the boss and it was hilariously awesome. But n awesome dude.
Your vibe is correct. Steve Austin in real life is one of the nicest guys ever! My little brother (RIP) got to shake hands with him once and gave him a free autograph and t-shirt.
So the guy he stunned towards the end of the comp was Eric Bischoff, who was the RAW General Manager (basically the authority figure for the Monday night show) whom Austin fought and defeated at _No Way Out_ (2003) in February, 2003. If you have the time, search “Jim Ross goes insane” to see a clip of him yelling *“STONE COLD! STONE COLD!”* after Austin’s win. It and King and the Coach trying to calm him down is hilarious as he goes berserk on commentary LMFAO.
That thing with the college kids, he stayed and would have fun with fans. He could have gone home, he was just making like a roast on them. They loved it. He would stay and be cool with fans in character. Not a lot of wwe guys do now.
Yes, Steve is a very nice guy and he will invite everyone to the cook out. One of the best WWE super stars to ever grace the mic. There would be no WWE without him during the attitude era.
4:34 - that was Austin's wife at the time Debra... if I'm not mistaken that was a promo when Debra came down to the ring with the sheet full of cookies and Austin were disrespectful of her work (she used to make cookies in character to give them to wrestlers). That segment ended with Debra hitting Austin with that sheet and Austin was eating cookies afterwards saying that he was sorry to Debra. That happened when Austin was a heel in 2001. But in reality Austin and Debra ending up divorcing after Austin no showed RAW on June 10, 2002. He was struggling physically and mentally at that time, he was criticizing WWE booking openly on WWE's web show "Byte this!" and he came to the town only to realize that he doesn't want to do work with Brock Lesnar (Austin was booked to wrestle Brock Lesnar that night in King of the Ring qualifier), so he just went home with Debra and then on June 15, 2002 Debra called police because Austin hit her. Austin filed for divorce on July 22, 2002 and the divorce was finalized on February 5, 2003.
He is genuinely one of the nicest guys in the business he has his own tv show now called stone cold takes on America where you can see what he’s really like if you’re curious
I'm surprised you have never heard of him lol. And what you said about him being so lovable is funny because that was a problem in the late 90s and early 00s. He was supposed to be a heel but everyone loved him. In fact somebody behind the scenes actually asked what Austin was doing and why he was being a baby face and he said he wasn't trying to be lol. Also flicking people off during the 90s and 00s wasn't common it was actually a no no lol.
Stone Cold Steve Austin is not just one of the toughest S.O.B to get in the middle of the square circle but he is one of the best to ever step in the ring as well
6:59 Within the world of pro wrestling it wasn't that Stone Cold flipped you off it was what generally came after, that's the reason another wrestler might pull away or flinch.
Stone cold is fantastic 👌 One of the best beer drinkers out there! But if theres someone you really wanna try & know more about! Id recommend looking up the professional wrestler.... THE UNDERTAKER! The Undertaker is literally that... A guy who plays as a dark evil character who has super unnatural powers & his main goal is to take wrestlers souls! Was UNDEFEATED at WRESTLEMSINA with a amazing 21 winning streak & 0 losses! Seriously! You're missing out big if you haven't checked out The Undertaker!
Hi Bunny. First time commenter but I've been subbed to you for a little while now after seeing one of your wrestling reaction videos and I enjoy seeing how non-wrestling fans react to wrestling videos, even moreso I like it when those people actually recognize the talent that these guys and girls have as quite a few people don't quite understand that while the storylines, match results and some of the big spots in matches are pre-determined, the rest of it is legit and people do get hurt, injured (and sadly a few have passed away due to things going wrong within a wrestling ring). I know a few people have already commented on these things but as someone who has been watching wrestling for over 20 years now, I just wanted to echo what they have been saying with the first being that you are indeed correct about Stone Cold as out of character he is one of the nicest guys on the planet (however if you're an asshole, he'll straight up tell you). Also yes, Stone Cold had to retire in 2003 from professional wrestling due to a severe neck injury he received during a match while John Cena debuted mid-2002 but didn't really get to the level of Stone Cold until 2005 so they never got the opportunity to work with one another. Looking forward to seeing more wrestling reaction videos!
Probably the most popular wrestler of all time. Austin was the top merchandise seller in 2021 and even during this year, he’s ranked 3rd. Oh I forgot to mention that Steve retired in 2003😂 so he outsells nearly anyone on the current roster and he’s been retired from active competition for 20 years now
7:01 Well technically, that's not the worst he can do to you. Man's shaking because Stone Cold would give you the middle finger before he does the stunner. Maybe he thought he's gonna get stunnered.
He is actually really nice on real life. You should react to or at least watch (it’s short) his episode where he gets punk’d on that show Ashton Kutcher uses to do on MTV back in the day. He’s at a hotel and his manager (who’s in on it) says his phone went missing in his car. They have two actors playing the valet and manager. The manager rips the valet and ends up firing him while Austin is constantly standing up for the valet in a calm yet very intimidating way.
You’re correct . He genuinely is one of the nicest and coolest people you’ll ever meet , he just takes no crap from anyone!
Yeah but how did she get that idea from this video lol😅
So you’ve met him?
You should react to Stone Cold Steve Austin full documentary 💯💯💯
They don't call him 'The Texas Rattlesnake' for nothing.
But in real life, you're completely right; He's one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet. He just played the role of Stone Cold perfectly.
🍺🖕🏼Oh Hell Yeah🖕🏼🍺
And That’s The Bottom Line,
Cause Stone Cold Said So!
Stone Cold Steve Austin is one of the best professional wrestlers of all time .
Top 1 all time
OH HELL YEAH!!!!!🍺🍺🍺
HELL YEAH
No doubt 🔥🔥
And that's the bottom line.
"Looks like the kind of guy that will grill all day so everyone can eat" Well that's just because he is a Texan.
Yep, Stone Cold Steve Austin was basically THE face of the Attitude era, and his rivalry with The Rock was a legendary one. They both met in trooper
He was an anti-hero who fought authority, and it is fun to control like that
Reason a lot of people flinched from the middle finger is bc he'd normal do his special move right after he gave it. The Stone Cold Stunner.
8:15 “THAT WAS A $10 000 MICROPHONE!” -Vince McMahon
Public speaking is already difficult infront of 20 people, imagine doing it infronta 20,000 people AND millions watching LIVE! And to do it so effortlessly like Stone Cold, that takes talent!
Steve Austin made me hate Southern accents a lot less than I did previously. They usually annoy me, but when Austin talks, it's always gold.
Stone Cold is one of my favorite wrestlers, the thing that sucks though in 2003 he was forced to retire due to multiple knee injuries and a serious neck injury 😢 his rival with The Rock was my top favorite man I miss those days
Thank you bunny for another great video always great seeing you react to these 👍
Finally you react to the best wrestler in history :D
He was shaked up intire world at 1998~1999. That Anti-hero character(ex: middle finger, Beer showering, trash talking, whipped somebodies asses) who peoples loved it in the world.
I started to love wwe because of steve austin
If you watch his interviews. He is one of the most down to Earth guys. He prefers a BBQ so he probably would love it.
I was super duper fan of stone cold Steve Austin back then
He was super genuine amazing guy!😘❤️
Stone Cold Steve Austin is really one of kind . I love your reaction 🤍

That thing with the college kids, he stayed and would have fun with fans. He could have gone home, he was just making like a roast on them. They loved it. He would stay and be cool with fans in character. Not a lot of wwe guys do now.

Stone Cold Steve Austin was the original menace of the world

But if theres someone you really wanna try & know more about!
Id recommend looking up the professional wrestler....
THE UNDERTAKER!
The Undertaker is literally that...
A guy who plays as a dark evil character who has super unnatural powers & his main goal is to take wrestlers souls!

You're missing out big if you haven't checked out The Undertaker!
2:11 You’re right everyone says that about him including the past and current wrestlers.

stone cold and the rock are my fav wrestle of all time. yes i grew up in the attitude era.
lol this was the rated E version of Stone Cold'd antics
He is a professional at his job
Stone Cold was the BEST
steve austin is the best in wwe
The guy responded that way to being flipped off out of rage at the fact that he had flipped him off, Bunny.
You should do LA while he’s in his early 316 stages. It’ll blow up
By the way Austin is the greatest by every measurable metric
Pity his knees went, this guy was “one tough S.O.B” 😊
You never heard of Stone Cold? What?....
Stone Cold was in movies too just like The Rock
Classic Rock Vs Stone Cold 😂 the attitude Era was best time in WWE
The thumbnail has stone cold being a bully and a photo of Stone Cold with BROCK LESNAR of all people. The one guy who literally could bully stone cold
Bunny nice job i really like reactions❤
He's the GOAT.
i watch monday night raw and friday night smackdown every week still good but back tgen was awsome
7:01 Well technically, that's not the worst he can do to you. Man's shaking because Stone Cold would give you the middle finger before he does the stunner. Maybe he thought he's gonna get stunnered.
7:00 you making a joke for man who already dead in 2009

Oh Hell Yeah!
Steve Austin is the toughest SOB in wwe
Apparently he was a really nice guy to work with.
