- Queen of Macba is a game of skate where anything in the plaza count (ledge, stairs etc...)
It's one attempt each until the word MACBA is spelled out.
Spots must be alternated when in command, so you cant pick the same spot two times in a row.
Defence has 2 tries and 3 tries on the last letter.
The picnic table must be used one time in the game.

shouldnt be like that !!! only one trick and only one obstacle for one trick , so you cant repeat trick or obstacle in every game. that should be the correct rules
@@borja6436 I don't really think its ever been an issue. but regardless in this game they each set a back 180 once, so even then I would say this should be allowed

@@malice4422 that’s exactly who I thought of when I saw this comment. They better NEVER bring him back for this competition. He could be battling a skater that’s 100x better than him but Tiago is still gonna win cuz all he does is basic tricks but u need to be able to Ollie 4ft high. Him winning was super wack. Lost a lot of respect for Tiago after watching him compete in King of MACBA

Not hating on the girls & their skill level but 👎👎👎 for the people who put together Queen Of MACBA. Stupid to set up a competition when 75% of the participants are still having trouble with the most basic tricks.

@@malice4422 Im sorry to hear that. Good luck on recovery. Blew mine out a few years ago. Had surgery and it feels strong now. You got this.
@@MrPassantino I appreciate that man, I didn’t have surgery but I’m trying to recover with PT at home. I feel like I wont skate normally ever again, so Im really thankful for the kind words. I know I’m not hucking myself down stairs after this, maybe I’ll become a manual guy lol
@@malice4422 No worries. I tore my acl and meniscus and didnt do anything about it for a year. Finally got an mri and had it taken care of. It might seem really bad right now but its only temporary. Skating will always be there for you.

I’m a huge fan of girl skaters but come on bro. Where’s the Rayssa’s, Poes, Gabriella’s, Momiji’s at? It would be more entertaining to see the upper echelon of women’s skating doing crazier tricks
Not always. Personally i enjoy seeing people trying stuff outside of their comfort zone regardless of skill
@@malice4422 when I watch UFC I wanna see professionals at the top of their game fight. Not back yard boxing where the standards are alot lower and the quality and athleticism isn’t as refined and fun to watch. No offense to these girls, I’m sure they’re great but this was just not that fun to watch. When I watch SLS I’m more excited now days to watch the womens part first because these girls are all good. When I watch this I feel I’m watching 2005 women competing where the best trick that wins is a big Ollie down a 5 set.
@@ActorsReal2Reel maybe its not fun to watch to you and thats okay, its fun to watch for me and some others though. Similar to how you could watch someone on zero 5050 the gnarliest kinked rail and I personally wouldnt get anything out of it, whereas if I watch someone in a hometown video or a limousine video do a sketchy pop shuv 5050 on a curb, but you can tell they worked for it, it’s personally more entertaining to watch for me.
@@malice4422 yea people at the top of their game pushing boundaries is always funner to watch to me. I can go to my local skate park and see people not land tricks but it’s just not as fun to watch. Exceptional women doing gnarly stuff is just more satisfying to see. People were complaining about BATB when rando’s started coming in the competition who were not doing great and getting destroyed easily because it just wasn’t as fun. Maybe that was ur jam but when I see Prod go against Luan Oliveria or Joslin, I just think it’s funner plus more people will tune in to watch it as well.
1000% this. I don't understand why the get top pros and ams for the men's games but basically, whoever? for the women's games. Doesn't seem like they take it seriously.

Por ejemplo, ves king of macba de hombres y cuando uno falla nadie dice nada. Ves el de mujeres y cuando una falla la aplauden como si lo hubiera hecho bien.
Camila could have easily scored a letter with that kickflip just by doing it on flat or off a ledge. I admire the ambition of trying it off the stairs, but it just wasn’t necessary with an opponent of such low ability level.

Damn, how can they have sponsors? expectations are very low for feminine skateboarding. I mean, if 10 years ago someone told me "you'll see, some girls who can't even noseslide and 180 up a little curb will be sponsored soon" i'd probably laugh.

i agree 100%, but being sponsored nowadays is just a thing where you get stuff just based on your social media fanbase, not skills
