The men communicating diagonally is so accurate! My husband is part of a mental health football team they meet once a week for a friendly game and they can talk openly to eachother or the mental health first aiders that attend - my husband lost two work colleagues to suicide and this group has grown massively in popularity and it's been incredible for all involved ❤️

Gift guide early is a great idea Emily, not everyone can afford to do their Xmas shopping right before and need those extra pay days to do it in bits. Also how is Jackson 8?? I literally just said to my son that he was 6. Great vlog as always ❤❤

Absolutely right when it comes to sons and men. I have a husband who is very introverted and two 20 something sons. I learnt about 10 years ago, sitting down and addressing issues DOES NOT WORK! I take my boys out for lunch, shopping, a run (they obviously double back for me) cinema, whatever I get them out and engaged.
The NT place looks amazing, we love going to National Trust. How is Jackson going to be 8, I think I first found you shortly after he was born 😭xx

Lovely to see you all home and having family time with the lovely Kiki. Chairs looked so comfortable- a relax with a cuppa or a glass! Your boys are growing so fast. Seems like only yesterday we were watching your Christmas blog when Jackson was just a toddler. They grow too quickly.

Totally agree on Sept being New Years for mums. I start a new academic diary, have a massive declutter when they’re back to school and make space for Xmas stuff that will be incoming. So deffo love the xmas gift guides early! Especially Matts gifts for men! Thats always so helpful.

As for Xmas, yes please September is perfect!!! By end of October I’m usually done. Otherwise it’s too busy and too crazy. And I refer to your gift guides quite often :)

Yes! Christmas gift guides early! It was my 9 year olds birthday last week and struggled what to get him for that! Anything Christmas related can never be to early! Also could we have vlogmas pretty please! Ive been rewatching vlogmas the last few weeks! Love them ❤❤

Yes, I usually buy Christmas gifts in September/October to break up my expenses as Christmas is the beginning of the summer holidays here in Australia and I want to be able to do fun things with the kids over the break.

Girl’s clothes are all pretty and easy. Boys are just dinosaurs 😂. Maybe look into it. See if there some nicer stuff out there. Your boys dress lovely. X
