For better or worse. Hearing Louis will forever make people feel uncomfortable. It’s odd. It’s like a pee wee thing. Except pee wee was a phenomenon who did his thing alone.
It’s weird because a lot of these comedians are hilarious and they are doing their stand up routines that are otherwise very funny but somehow they just don’t hit right for me on this show. For example Jim gaffigan’s episode, I laughed out loud during that stand up routine on his special, but when he did it on this show it just wasn’t as funny. I recognized the whole routine but somehow it just wasn’t working in this format, the timing or something is off. 🤷♀️
@@lizb111 I think it was creative. They're putting the ramblings of many comedians, framing it around a therapy session, and then putting cartoon imagery. Some of them hit, and some of them don't. Some of the jokes aren't even funny in stand up form to begin with
Ben and Julie finally meeting is so freaking adorable!
Thanks I really appreciate the therapist rewind
‘Do you have Zima?’ Ahh memories
19:30, sound like anyone we know?
booooooo
They predicted the future 😳
Laura is so in touch with her feelings "i guess so" 😂 she is a mystery
Bill Burr would've knocked it out of the park on Dr. Katz Professional Therapist 👌
I think it was Boston based. I don't know if Bill was doing clubs in 95 yet
15:27 what did he say???
"Plucked up by some..." but yeah I thought I heard different the first time.
Never saw this episode.😅

Louis is still the 🐐 idc what anyone says
I started to skip all the stand up bits. The guest stars or whatever are just marketing. They don't fit the show and are rarely funny.

The show was supposed to be a relaxing environment for the comedians, more casual, less effort. Sometimes they would try new bits out on the show.
Bro, calling in fat to work is a hilarious bit
