    Thanks heaps mate, after hours of frustration trying to fix my scan to email issue and with plenty of googling and with no luck I eventually came by your video, only watched it once (with a few pauses) and straight away by following your instructions it fixed my issue.

    Hi,
    I have a WF-3720 and recently the scan to Email is not functional. I have checked and entered the details again for the settings but it does not work anymore.
    I learned from your video that the Authentication Password is the Epson portal password. Interestingly, I do not have it as the portal never asks me to login but instead shows the full printer details and settings on direct access with the IP address.
    I thought it was the 3rd party app permissions on the google account that is preventing the scan to email setting but it is not.
    I am in Germany and if you could give me some assistance, it would be a ton of help.

      I have the same issue. I keep getting the SMTP authentication error. Have you solved your problem?

    I keep getting a server error, date/time settings. I tried updating the certificate, but not sure why it’s not working.
