After detecting, they send it to somewhere to verify the informations then if verified, Theyll send signals to radio stations or tv and instantly play the warning audios. To have this kind of system to work everywhere is amazing. And the fact that they used the android phones which exists everywhere, they can make the prediction so accurate!
