I like how easy it was to put the frame together. Not too sure about the netting. It seems better than chicken wire, but not as good as what I used for mine (it's called rat wire around here). You could run some smaller holed wire around the bottom to keep the chicks in. You'd only need it to go up about a foot high. That new flooring will be so nice! Who is your helper? Friend, relative?

Yes, I see that I will have to get one net which I will attach from the bottom, that is the only way to solve the problem

I love the little chikens, my grandma used to gifted a couple of chikens to her grandsons , when we completed 10 years old, that´s my great memory from her.

It's great that you're back. The chicken coop is great. But due to the fact that you made a roof, it can be knocked over by the wind. For your peace of mind, it is best to anchor the coop to the ground.

This is just a temporary place, I need to build a new chicken coop. And then put in a permanent place 👍🙂
