Thank you so much for the recipe. I don’t have to cookbook yet so I am going to order in the next couple days. Adding stuff to my Amazon order I’m going to make them tonight. I’m so excited.

It's kind of rude of the people who are asking for your father instead of enjoying what you're trying to teach them about cooking. And to those who think that Jane is overwhelming the mother , I think that Jane shows a great deal of love towards her mother. She includes her in everything. What more can you ask for.
I am 3 months into Whole Food Plant Based, no oils, no sugar, no added salt - I love all the Esselstyns, but Jane Esselstyn is my Woman Warrior Shero!!! Jane is amazing and really brings the love to the movement. If Jane is front and center it is only because Ann allows it, Ann is a POWERHOUSE, anyone who thinks otherwise has a ton more videos to watch... and, they are all great! My wife and I recently discovered your wonderful family.. We absolutely love watching the two of you sharing your years of knowledge with complete strangers.. Tanya loves your mom’s personality and looks forward to seeing y’all for a long time to come!

These are SO delicious! I made the ground flax seed into a "flax egg replacer " by adding three Tablespoons of water and letting it sit until thick. Also added 1/2 tsp of baking soda and 1 tsp cinnamon. This made them even better! Thank you for sharing this recipe!
Have used PB2 in plant strong cookies many times so great suggestion Mum! I also use a lil handful chopped dates instead of maple syrup. Perfect. ps..i like scented candles.

Hello Jane and Ann, I did use your idea Ann and made them with the PB2 Peanut butter amd they turned out awesome...These cookies are so good...Thank you..
Like Ann, I just might add the turmeric. It’s common in Indian and Arabic desserts. I might skip the chocolate and use dried apricots, turmeric, cardamom, almond butter… thanks!
I'm going to add these to our ThanksLiving menu! I can't tell you how much of a joy it is to watch these videos over and over again. I'm originally from Germany and you both remind me so much of our family back home. ❤ 💚❤💚❤💚❤💚❤

Off subject, but found carrot hot dogs in grocery store. Thank you for sharing with us the option of making them at home.. Definitely interested in your cookie recipe. Listening to the wisdom of Dr.Esselstyn every morning as I eat my oatmeal, great way to start the day. It reinforces my goal to clear out my arteries. I prefer crispy oatmeal cookies! I am glad to see this. My 2 year old daughter has been saying the word "cookie" a lot even though we pretty much never eat cookies. I could make these as a healthy version. It would be such a treat!
Made a batch today w/peanut butter and they were really delicious! The maple adds the perfect amount of sweetness and I could taste a hint of it in each bite. Next time, I'll test subbing some of the peanut butter with PB2 Pure.
I made these with my grandchildren. Forgot the 1/2 cup of oats and left the raisins out at their request. So good. I ate one but resisted the rest. They are kid approved in our house.
Crumbling the parchment paper may work in some instances, Anne. However, crumbling it actually breaks down the integrity of the paper itself! It can cause burning as well and in some cases allow the food and paper to stick to the pan. Crumble with caution. Lol Signed. A baker.
