    I always wondered where they got the idea for humans playing instruments in clocks. Looks like Al-jazari had a large part to play in that

    Those water clocks remind me of Rube Goldberg creations. I wonder if he knew about them. (One of my favorite childhood games was Mouse Trap. Who knew I'd grow up to be an engineer??) Binge watching all your lectures, out of sequence, beginning with Art Deco, my passion.
