Remember... water is very heavy. A 30m change in altitude will not change pressure significantly because air is relatively light. So even if water is above sea level, it still is bearing down on you with all its weight. As to weather the SETT is in fact a tower, I don't know. Point is it makes a negligible difference. Longer answer than you might have wanted...
@ Programista00001 that's a 15Kg weight belt in fresh water, it is possible to swim up with that weight but this is not an adrenaline sport, relaxation is the key. You obviously don't freedive, you should give it a go.
Shame? He swam up carrying a 10kg+ weightbelt? Please, if you've ever been freediving and tried to carry that much weight up on your own, you'd know how much to appreciate the aid of a rope.
