Kane was not good at all. In the first half he had two opportunities to play in both wide players but missed both passes. Kane had another chance to play Davies and decided to dribble to the sideline. Kane had a great chance to score and fluffed it into the side net and also most players should be able to play that pass (assist) he gave Alphonso Davies for the goal.

To be honest, while I agree the assistant referee should not have put his flag up so early, I do not think Bayern would've scored had the linesman not put his flag up. The only reason Bayern scored is because Madrid stopped after hearing the whistle. So to argue that the linesman prevented a goal is reaching. The linesman may have prevented a potential goal-scoring opportunity. He did not prevent a goal.
It's also reaching to say that Bayern wouldn't have scored when they are in a position to score. It was a massive mistake from the ref and has tainted the win.
@@ikennanw I can appreciate why some may think the win is tainted. However, three instances. The whistle is blown before Muller wins the header. One, Nacho pulls out of the challenge (he’s been winning those all night). Two, Militão is standing right next to de Ligt, and doesn't even attempt to block the shot. And three, the keeper doesn't even dive. So all three of those would need to go Bayern’s way in order for a goal to result and on the evidence of what’s transpired before this point, it’s not a reach to think Bayern would not have scored. But again, I agree that the linesman should not have put his flag up.

A lot of things could have happened yes but we will never know. 2 players were closing alphonso down yet he scored but by your analogy he is less likely to score because 2 players were already on him. Could have deflected, keeper could have a howler just like neuer did. You just never know.

Kane wasn’t bad they were winning 1nil when he was on the pitch at the bernabeau with great assist. There final ball at times was lacking Munich yes but Kane created that goal for Davies. Tuchel for me had another Tuchel moment making shocking decisions that cost them with the neur spill but for the record Kane wasn’t bad.
It's not a great assist if the player has to beat several players after the pass and then smash in an unlikely screamer.

I'm sick of fans these days. Giving them a voice on radio or social media was the worst decision ever. You don't need to win trophies to be classed as a great player, trophies are won by teams, not individuals. I'm afraid Mo is on the money today. Chipa Mouting at least wont titles with Bayern and once Kane goes there they can't win anything. And Kane is a great striker but when needed most he never delivers . Not a big game moment or changer type player. Van Nistelrooy was similar except he at least won some trophies although for all his goals he couldn't get Man United over the line in those crucial moments like CL semi etc.
