- This time, I had a very relaxing walking tour in the deep mountains and old forests.
The air here is fresh and there are many local farmers living here, which makes people feel comfortable physically and mentally.

Location introduction：
Tongzi'ao Village is located in Shuangpai County, Yongzhou City, and dubbed as the "No.1 Ginkgo Village of China". There are more than 200 ginkgo trees, of which more than 90 are more than a hundred years old.
They make an amazing golden scene during late autumn and early winter every year.
Tongzi'ao Village is located at the foot of Yangming Mountain in Shuangpai County, Yongzhou.
There are more than 200 gingko trees, more than 90 of which are a century or older.
The village has several clusters consisting of 20 to 30 gingko trees which turn a stunning gold in late autumn.

I've mentioned this before in a comment, but I'm planning on visiting in about a yr or a yr and a half, (depending on covid, ect)
While there are 2 or 3 common tourist spots I'd like to visit, in planning my trip, I am going to sit down with a map and favorite places that you've showed us - so thank you in advance for helping me with it!

And the coldest month average temperature of yongzhou is about 6℃ so is no doubt that yongzhou has deciduous tree！
It depends on the person too. For me lush green is the most beautiful. Autumn is beautiful too but it comes with a feeling of melancholy as the leaves wither and die and the air turns cold.
As you head off on your trek and one can start to admire the surroundings the quietness though is amazing, I think we hear a vehicle beep once, I know you get told off by a couple of dogs and some geese 😂 but it is so peaceful, just you the sound of raindrops, birds and a river running now and again, very calming environment indeed.
You have numerous gorgeous shots looking at mountains or down into valleys where the mist is slowly moving across the area giving it all a very mystical look, yeah I’ve played too much middle earth roleplaying and forgotten realms games as a kid haha, these views remind me you see Max of artwork shown within the rule and source books for such games.
26:50 the ducks seem intrigued by something in the stream.
The lengthy wooden pergola are a nice touch i wonder if it’ll be covered in flowers sooner or later.
Wherever you walk here max and look around you can pretty much guarantee one of three things
1. Misty mountains
2. Green trees ( for now )
3. And finally, Chickens, haha they pop up everywhere.
Your thumbnail for this video is also cool, you have the green trees, the misty mountain tops and out of the mist like a giant robot wading its way through fog are the electricity pylons.

Yongzhou's ginkgo trees will still turn yellow even these days we are suffering the climate change while most trees keep evergreen. Back in the 90s when I was a kid, frost came every night in the late fall. Most trees would turn yellow or red and all their leaves would fall. Snow, which becomes a luxury to Yongzhou, was a frequenter of Winter.

PS.A fun fact the short name of Hunan is 湘（Xiang）and the short name of Kanagawa(神奈川县) also 湘南（due to some history so it has same name with southern part of Hunan province）

when imperial japanese soldiers invaded hunan province, many soldiers recorded that they felt like coming back homes in japan. i suppose that terrains, vegetation, climates in japanese countryside are indeed very similar to hunan province.

其实同质化严重的问题一直存在着，我也同样这样认为。如果我拍古城，对我自己来说，如何从同质化古城中找到不一样的感觉，就成为了每次我非常有兴趣挑战的项目。
不过呢，最近几个月北上广深等一线也好，还是杭州武汉南京成都准一线也好，疫情原因我都取消了所有的前往那些地方的出差，等待好一些过后，你会看到很多的大城市。。
