Honeycomb Calcite Sculpt

Finished the face of this one a while ago and left the thick rind alone at the back. I just didn't like how it looked so I just finished the back and did some improved shaping. I'll build a base next but it's going to look crazy cool after I light it. #lapidary #sculpture #polishing #crystals #geology

Thanks, it looks even better when lit too. That kitty comes over every day to watch me polish and ask for treats. She doesn't get along well with my cats but they're making progress. I'm sure she's not a stray, just one of those that chooses multiple parents.
