@@tinadaniels401 I was wondering the same thing, but I haven't seen anything on RUclips about it. I think the issue was with the air conditioner, not Runaway. The Whirlpool company replaced it. I still think my Runaway is worth it. I am installing the new one tomorrow. I will let you know how it goes.

What's wrong with the air conditioner
It was not blowing cool air. I was sent a new one. I'm installing it this week. I will definitely need it in August.
