A lovely walk there Richard. Loved seeing the Hurricane and millionaires row. Sounds like you were glad of the extended daylight hours with the steady walking pace. My walks take so much longer these days when I’m filming and taking photos too. Enjoyed watching as always 👍
Thanks Anthony- it’s slightly slower with others as you can’t really push the pace too much if they are not used to these distances. But at same time it’s been good to have the company after these months of solitude. There are no hills on this so that will be the real test when I get back on SWCP in a few weeks time. 👍
Really enjoying your cap Richard. Wow, it is amazing how quickly we loose fitness. I found that on the Black mountain the other week. You'll get it back. A story - I worked in Chobham with a mate in the 80's and we met a lad whose father was a big banker. We were taken back to his house (gated community) where they had a huge summer house complete with bar. We got totally hammered for nothing. Their neighbor was one of the Pink Floyd guys - the drive had a Daimler and other luxury cars on it. How the other half live eh? Enjoyable walk. Mark
Thanks Mark - I think it was also not using the hiking poles which I have got used to. They do spare your legs and feet a bit. That’s quite a story - yes this area around the river is the playground for the rich but the great thing is we can also enjoy it walking the path and I’ll do wild camps a bit further down 👍😄
@@DayTripperAdventures A pleasure Richard. That's the thing with poles once you start using them. Strength is displaced. It's up to people of course. Yeah, lots of wealthy about and wild camp spots. Look forward to them. Have a cool week.
The bit you missed between Cookham and Marlow is in my Little Marlow .You chose to ride the Marlow Donkey, the single line rail track. video ruclips.net/video/rURcFl_gE0Q/видео.html
Beverly Hills Berkshire! What a beautiful place and path
Just lovely to see springtime in England, the best season in my opinion. 😎❤️🇬🇧
Yes it’s the best full of hope for the future 👍♥️
Lovely walk

I was in Windsor the same day and saw some of The Duke of Edinbourghs funeral.
Fell behind with my RUclips videos recently, but slowly catching up. Nice video as always, atb - Cheers Joe! 👍🏻🇬🇧
Thanks Joe - me too I want to catch up with yours tonight 👍
Nice walk. I plan to start walking the Thames path next weekend.
Great are you starting at the source or the sea end? 👍
The source as it's closest to me
@@richardhale2449 if you walk on Saturdays I may pass you at some point going in opposite direction 👍
