This is all useful. It would help if you would wear light colors, it is sometimes difficult to understand the leg placements as your dark pants blend with the dark carpet.
thank you so much, Jill Pipkin

Also can I make a suggestion?
make a video about proper sleeping positions, and whether to use a pillow or not. Because sleeping is like sitting, it screws up your posture if you don't do it right.
    Just a suggestion.

***** Hi Blake... glad to hear you will be doing that next.. your followers can learn a lot from your videos.. I sure have... you touched on sleeping habits a bit on a video that I first got introduced to you after Googling SI joint pain, sacrum, etc. your video from August 2014 that I found in January "The Three best Exercises for S.I. Joint Pain" saved my life a long with my wonderful Chiropractor that I can kept sharing your videos with.. between these & the Disc Decompression I am 99.99% back to normal.. took me since November but I am finally 'Me' again... I slept on my left side for years & years (with a pillow because of bulging discs), sat on the couch on my left side... after learning that my hip was probably messed up from that I changed my sleeping habits right away.. it was painful at first, took a long time to deal with the pain but I forced myself to sleep on my High hip because every morning I experienced relief doing so... I have only lately (last few days) been able to lay on my back again.. but still struggle with a small case of numbness or tingling on my back.. but as soon as it stops I will never sleep on my sides again... i have learned the back is the 'smartest and logical' way to keep your spine healthy... thank you again.. the squats are pain free & help every night before I jump in bed... the pushing on the knees still hurt a tiny bit on the bad side but I can do then regardless once I start and they also help tremendously.. thank you again for all the great advice.. I watch all your video faithfully... this one I can't wait to try tonight!!!! I have just a little more to go...
My Chiropractor calls me his 'miracle patient" we are video taping a 'testimonial' tomorrow.. because I am walking and standing normal again.. when i looked like I was 80 yrs old in November/December... let me know if you would like to see my before and after pics too.. i can email them to you maybe privately...?

***** Hi Blake... I finally got some xrays from May to share with you... I'm still a mess but so much better than I was back in Nov - April... after getting new Xrays I was terminated from my job. I am sharing them with you soon... I started to respond to your most recent video (sleeping habits), and my laptop shut down on me, so I am going to try again tonight.

The guy blocked me for some reason. Its a shame because I wanna give him feedback on my excessive sitting recovery. I've pin-pointed everything that was wrong with my body.

***** Man its all good. So if you wanna hear how I fixed my APT and forward-head posture, I'll tell you.
So I found these massive muscle knots in my hamstrings and glutes. I spent hours releasing them, and then my pelvis just unfolded after.
Its the same thing with my forward-head posture. There was these massive muscle knots in my traps. I definitely think muscles become shortened, when they have knots in them.
Also its quite funny. My eyesight was so improved after fixing my forward-head posture, that it became difficult to eat cereal.

Excellent presentation! Joint capsule stretching:) Love it! Please show the deep breathing as part of stretching-the inhales and exhales with the movements as you know is key to get the brain to help muscles relax. Blessings! Your teaching here is highly valuable, advanced knowledge.

Yes we would like the activation video, please... BTW ankle mobilization worked great. Will try these out as well. Need more advice on ankles if you can help. Both my ankles but especially the left one are messed up. I'm guessing its due to getting my ankle twisted many times in the past. They basically collapse inwards. Would mobilizing and activating help for this??

For band distractions to help open up the hip capsule as you demonstrate in this video, what weight band would you recommend for a 150lb male? I was looking at the Wodfitters bands which come in 5 different colors/weights, and it seems the purple band you are using might be a Wodfitters band as well. Thanks for the great videos!

Great reminder for folks, but have a couple of suggestions. First off, I would NEVER suggest that someone push their knee out laterally... you never know what issues someone might have. Secondly, while the foam roller is a useful tool... it's also one that the benefits are very temporary. And lastly, folks with hip replacements or severe hip issues might not be able to get into pigeon pose... how about a different suggestion for those folks?
