    In today's world, there are many devices that need a steady power supply. However, sometimes the voltage supplied by the outlet is not strong enough. This is where a DC to DC boost converter comes in handy.
    There are many different types of DC to DC boost converters on the market, but they all work in basically the same way - by taking input voltage from a battery or power supply and increasing it to a higher level so that it can be used by devices that need more power.
    Some of these converters are designed for specific applications, such as boosting the voltage to run car audio systems or LEDs. Others can be used for a variety of purposes.
    The important thing to keep in mind when choosing a DC to DC boost converter is the amount of power it can handle.

    nice little osscilator - what is the result of putting different capcitor values parrellel across the base resistor?- some sort of filter i effect expect?
    what part does the 'full wave rectifier' aspect play in the process of the 'field effect' {if any} ??
    for example what occurs if you just put a two single diodes at your 'AC output' marked section but with the 'triangle' facing each other ? is there then a difference?

    What if i used two pairs of coils around a ferrite(a transformer) with the primary being center tapped of a few turns and seondary being of greater number of turns?

    ماشاء اللہ سر جی یہ آپ نے بہت بڑا کام کیا۔ہمارے ہاں اکثر یہ مسئلہ ہے کہ گھر میں چار کمرے ہوتے ہیں۔پہلےکمرے میں 12ولٹ پانی والی بیٹری لگا دیتے ہیں۔اس سے پہلے کمرے سے یوپی ایس کا کنکشن لیتے ہیں۔اور اسی بیٹری سے 12وولٹ چیزوں کے لئے ڈی سی DC کنکشن بھی اسی بیٹری سے چار کمروں کے لئے لیتے ہیں ہیں۔آپ جب ہم چھوتے/ 4 کمرے میں ڈی سی فین یا ڈی سی کوئی لائٹ جلاتے ہیں۔تو وولٹ ڈراپ ہو جاتے ہیں۔اگرچہ بڑی گیج کا تار لگایا ہو۔بیٹری کے پاس 12 وولٹ ہوتے ہیں لیکن چوتھے کمرے میں وولٹ ۔9یا 10 ہو جاتے ہیں ۔اب ایسی کوئی ڈیوائس یا سرکٹ جس کو ہم لگا کر چاروں کمروں میں پورے 12ولٹ حاصل کر سکیں بتائیں۔بڑی مہربانی ہوگی۔ ۔۔یہ ہمارے ہاں ایک عام مسئلہ ہے ہے ہے ہے۔

      There is no need for an external power supply or battery when you have a DC to DC boost converter. This small, easy-to-use device takes input from a low voltage source, like a battery, and steps it up to a higher voltage level, perfect for powering your gadgets and devices.
      The PCBWay boost converter is a simple circuit that uses two transistors and a few other components to increase the voltage output. The schematic diagram is easy to follow, making it ideal for DIYers or those just starting out in electronics.
      The board can be designed and fabricated using the PCBWay online PCB fabrication service. The completed board measures just 1" x 1", making it small enough to fit into almost any project.

    How is this different from single transistor DC to dc converter? Is it more efficient?
    With this circuit you need two diodes to get DC out and a filter capacitor for smoothing

    So what is the current output limitation based on input current from the battery? Example: if the battery is capable of producing 2A what will be the DC output current of the stepped up, rectified circuit?

      When you need more power, simply add more mosfets to increase the current capacity. This is a very easy and efficient way to step up DC voltage easily. All you need is a PCBWAY DIY or how to guide, and you can have your very own boost converter in no time at all!

      Understand it this way. If 1 turn is given for 3v so its gonna be 3 turns for 9v

    Scusami tanto ma quello non e il modo migliore di fare le saldature. Se il valore delle due resistenze non e ben calcolato i transistor potrebbero autooscillare surriscaldarsi e la giunzione fonderebbe

    Cool, great video but the soldering technique makes me a little sad... Do you like to put the solder on the iron first for speed purposes or for another reason? Not being a pain in the butt, just asking. Also, you need a capacitor across the output of the rectifier. The output will just be positive voltage spikes. The multi meter says it's 9 volts but that's the average of the spikes. The actual top of the spike could be around 12 volts. You could throw a massive capacitor between the two outputs and that would make it smooth dc or you could throw a smaller capacitor and a voltage regulator on the end but that's less efficient. Good job though!
