How much did you pay for that land Tim
It’s 50% more now
@@TimKyoutube Prices crazy everywhere. 165sqm on camotes, within the palm trees close to the sea.. set me back 200k all in 2020. Same area now there is a piece of land that is more inland, 200sqm sold last month for 510k!!!!!
@@mattyg2540 pesos?
What a nice view, overlooking the once famous longest bridge in South East Asia
@@32523Bwahahaha of course its pesos lol
I love the tiny house, and what i love the most of it is zero interest, zero debt. The future looks bright, Tim. I wish both of you the best. 😀👍
Hi Tim, My father was stationed on Samar Island during WW2. He was a Navigator on a B-24 Liberator bomber in the Army Air Corp.
That is amazing. Any old documents you have and are willing to share: timkyoutube@icloud.com
living in 400k house in suburbs of Las Vegas feels like a trap watching your video with envy you having a land and beautiful gf makes me wanna sell everything here and move to the Philippines 🇵🇭 happy for you brother
better come here.
Let me know when you do so I know someone from states lol bc I want to go myself
That Road reminds me..a small step for man kind...a great step for humanity..i taught i was in the moon.
Loved Chrissy's response... straight up and no hesitation... "there is no gold to dig !" LOL...
Noticeable priceless happiness of Tim , as if first time ever seen that happy like that, maybe it is his dream come true that he never expected. The best location he wanted to stay and get old hahah
Tim and Chrissy...good luck to both of you and be safe !
Thanks for sharing this. I’m hoping to go back and meet my moms family in Samar. I’m a social worker in Alaska. Many of her fam are living in poverty in Samar.
its nice bcoz its on the road easy way and can see lots of passing at the road,congrats..
Tim
We haven’t watch in a while. Seeing you after months of not brought our heart to place thats warm. Caught up on your videos and so happy your both happy. You’ve come with a long journey behind you. I pray your journey continues with God first. Everything is possible because of him. Standing up for your wife through all unwanted comments brought me to whole different level of respect for you . Born and raised in Hawaii both my Husband’s Parents and mines are from the Philippines. Very hard workers. She will take good care of you and you will too. So to all the haters out there keep your comments to yourself. One of two choices.... keep comments to yourself or check out the person in the mirror. Might not be as happy as they are.
God bless you Tim and your Family. ! Great opportunities are ahead for you.
What a beautiful view, in a pool in front of the shore.
Living in a province is a good decision: Fresh food, fresh air, relaxing.
Nice view I grow up in Tacloban family still leave there and Samar
You sound so excited in this video Tim😀 congrats with your temporary dream house and good look with the project!!!
Tim, you are doing good things, great things really. Take a moment to reflect on the impact you have had on this little part of the world. Look at the person Chrissy has already become. Look at what Chrissy was able to accomplish after the typhoon - I know I was touched by it. Look at the improvement of her parents life. Look at how other family members are all better off since you became part of Chrissy's life. These are changes that will last and things you should take pride in.
No matter what happens in the future between you and Chrissy the good will still be there and it was worth doing. These people calling Chrissy a gold digger in the comment section are projecting their own problems. Chrissy or Filipino women in general might leave you and take your money they say. Well the chances of that happening are a whole lot worse in the United States. The divorce rate in the US is over 60 percent and over 70 percent are initiated by women. When it comes to digging for gold Fillipina women are amatuers, in the States women are professionals at ruining men.
But in the end, none of it matters. If what you do is good, it's the only reward worth having.
Agree, you say you are not wealthy Tim, but maybe not as most register it, but in real life terms you have, a good wife and life, good friends.. that is more than a lot can say.. I just thought her response was classic ! and it was not meant nasty at all, but for the humour in what she said .. LOL I am still chuckling.. When I come over there soon, at this stage it could be early May.. I plan to land in Cebu and go from there, watching your channel and the Pea's and Gio.. I hope to find someone similar in outlook as Chrissy, if I could be so lucky, she would be definitely a treasure worth having and taking a risk on.. As Carl says you take the risk no matter where you are, but I like the odds over there of finding a keeper..
Filipino women if ever dig gold is for love for the family that is to alleviate her loveones living condition. But these are just few cases. Most of the time they love more than digging gold
Dude, THIS IS SO AWESOME! I remember when you got that land. Congrats to you and Chrissy and awesome things to come!
Crissy is the goldmine for Tim’s ratings. Tim has been digging gold since 😀
@John Smith , LOL.. Yes Tim is a very lucky man, but the good thing is he also knows it... and i hope he doesn't stuff things up, not saying he will..
@John Smith so in your eyes every foreigner apart from your group of 250 men in Philippines is guilty of abusing Filipinas ......interesting view on life
No? then why make the comment about Tim...unless you know his situation personally?
Don't get me wrong as this is the first and probably the last video of his that I will watch as I think he is an idiot.......but last time I checked being an idiot is not a 'put him behind bars' offence.
@John Smith fair call then :-)
See more to the story than you initially said, so now I have a better understanding as to way you made your comment.
By the way, chill a bit dude no need to be so aggressive in what you are putting out.
@John Smith really John? Hope it's just a joke... M just curious.hope things would be better for them. I can see Crissy is really committed and loyal/faithful to him.
Your ‘dream house’ is a cold, dark and suffocating existence
Tim hi. I have been watching you for a while now. I live in Kansas USA. I have a young woman in the Philippines myself. She lives on Biliran island. I plan to be there in October. My plans are to be there till the first of March. I'm a rhubarb farm here in Kansas. We plan to have 2 homes. Here in the US and 1 in the Philippines. My gf is a ginger farmer there in the Philippines. Hope to meet up with you when I come over.
That’s pretty cool James. Thanks for the support. I don’t know much about farming.
@@chrise842 yes I have a recipe book with 101 easy things to make with rhubarb. The latest thing I have been doing is my ruby juice. It takes about 4 hours to make 1 gallon. I do not at a lot of sugar.
@@chrise842 no the rhubarb is here in the US and the ginger is in the Philippines
@@chrise842 yes I think so too.
I am very happy for u guys me to will be there soon
Can really see your possitivity when cheking out the property , happy for u Tim , keep up the good work 😀
Congratulations Chrissy
Your wife looks so mabait!
Don’t just a book by its cover please !!
Province life is amazing... Take care always and God bless to your family.
Awesome show Love Your livelyness.
Your wife is precious.i would love to see such a beautiful place, do rain catchment system with a filter and composting toilet. Get solar lights. Use solar for everything. You can make it anything you want, I can’t wait to see. We have a homestead in Tennessee. We use a lot of Solar . What a beautiful place. God bless you both! Leslye
Awesome video guys very nice , now I do love Tim and worry about his over weight , I was very obese for my stature 5’7” weighing in at almost 300 pounds border line diabetes, scared me straight, so I went and got the sleeve surgery to help me stop eating so much , and yes it helped me drop over 100 pounds of fat , and got rid of all the diabetes problems yes all kinds of problems went away with this surgery that removed 85% of my stomach and I love it , so I can’t eat too much but I can drink anything as much as I want including health drinks all day long
Chrissi is cool. Love her!
Greetings from Croatia i watching your videos and i see you no matter on all enjoy in your life in Phillipines. My wife is also filipina we hope that will go there for about year or two, first we waitting that all will be back in real normal without restriction, quarantines and all stupid limits for traveling as they are now. Be happy in life with your family and enjoy in every day in sunny and warm Phillipines
Do not throw the rock away. You will need it somewhere. You might want to use it in the driveway. A good driveway is very important. The driveway should be raised up around 1 ft, otherwise you will always have mud and puddle. Idea... Big / med rocks first, they are foundation of road. On top of that med rocks, on top of that gravel mix. This is a much stronger road.
very wise words...
Some of the most beautiful places and people in the Philippines. Congrats to you and Crissy bro. Lots of challenges at times, but best of luck and keep enjoying life there. I cant wait to get back
I'm from Eastern Samar and I'm proud being waray waray. Our place is really amazing... both of you are amazing too.
Thank you!
That place is really going to turn into something beautiful. I hope you keep some of the foliage between the fence and the ocean.
Tim, I know I don't need to tell you this, but you hit the jackpot with Chrissy. She has grown exponentially in the few years we've known her. she's quite a lady.
Agreed. Was talking to my dad about this recently.
That area is so beautiful ! Great people....and I love your little house 😍 I am so happy for you two !!
It’s a trip to see how much happier you get when you’re in Calicoan Island!! Your whole attitude is just so different and you’re so happy. I need a Filipino women so I can buy some land there!! Lol
Haha marry my cousin! 😩😂

Congrats on your new digs ,smart to build temporary shack to get electric ,you are learning how it works out there! My wife and I will be there hopefully by April in Guiuan.Great to see they finish hotel beside Steve's It looks like Greg has some construction on his property as well and is alot of other development going on,to me it is the most beautiful jewel in Phils !Cant wait to be as happy as you look when we get there we love it so much there.Say hi to Steve Busta and the gang at Balay.Cheers!
Yeeew! Sounds like you know the area! See ya out here soon!
I live in one of those way overpriced residential areas in the Bay area of California. Yet, it wrenches me with envy at your situation.. very cool lot, rain (yeah we don't get much of that here), an incredibly beautiful wife and the future ahead of you. That's awesome. Best of everything to you two, man.
Not everything is perfect bro. We all make trade offs, but there is global arbitrage in certain ways.
Rent it out and come over.
Always best to keep your investments in your own country and spend it in the Philippines.
Youre famous there sir!
Nice lots close to ocean and front road good for dream house good luck guys
I am really happy for you guys!! Looking forward to what you all do with the property!!! Blessings & peace to you both!!
Wonderful So happy for both of u A new beginning Chrissy deserves this and more Good of u Tim She is turning u into a big softy.Soon you will be wearing an apron and massaging her feet Start planting some trees. Great news.
I caught half of your livestream and just now finished the rest. Prayers for you and Chrissy and Dale.
*Shes not gonna leave you just treat her right, all Filipina that’s all we wanted. Good luck guys*
Absolutely based. I absolutely love his perspective and his optimism. I went to do the same live frugal happy and with money for myself
VERY COOL PROPERTY==YOU GUYS LOOK LIKE YOU ARE ENJOYING LIFE==YOU HAVE A ''LOVELY'' WIFE===AND A NICE PLACE ON THE MAIN ROAD==GOD BLESS=RITCHIE FROM NEW ENGLAND=
Your best investment.
Add gutter to the roof and store water in stainless container.
Then add rv type water pump and good filter. One 200 watt solar panel will keep 12 volt truck battery charged or you can go all solar with about 10 panels.
you're happy and friendly
Ambassador Tim, sounds great, go for it Tim 👍
Samar is a beautiful place but the downside is it's a typhoon path every monsoon season so if you build your house, make sure that it's typhoon proof. Concrete slabs for roof is the best option. Create a garden and that place will be your own little paradise soon.
Congratulations Tim and Crissy! Great video, thanks for sharing.
Wow! How could that be possible ? That’s equivalent to P13k only for a dream house?? Omg!
Glad to see you two back after the pandemic.
I would buy a jack hammer and break the rock down And use it for gravel to the garage.
No solar?
BEST AMBASSADOR FOR THE PROVINCE OF SAMAR
Congrats 🎉 Tim, Dale and Crissy. Me, i am saving. In the future I have a dream to buy a lot and build my own house in the Philippines.
My mum recently bought a piece of land right on the beach of Balangiga where she grew up. I hope to save enough while I'm back in Australia so that I can move to the Philippines indefinitely and never look back. I've visited Sulangan church a number of times so I know how magical that part of Samar is. I look forward to seeing any upcoming videos in Samar, mostly to keep my dream of moving there alive haha. I hope also you build a nice big child proof fence to keep your son safe from those mach 10 express vans.
lol so cute. We did the same before building our house, bought a kubo so we can have electric on site. You beat us with the price though...💖
wow Eastern samar can vi visit you guys when we are there in the Philippines ,my mom from Eastern samar
Cool man!... Yeah, that's cool you have good phone/data service there!
I am really happy for you ...now I want to check out Samar When I come back...
Good answer!
What a lovely short while house ,while you are still preparing to built a bigger house...well am happy for you brother and hope to meet you soon ....am coming over there but am gonna start at omorne province okay .....hope you will welcome me over there
Where is that BALAY PACIFICO located? Thank you..
Omg the view Tim.. thank u sooooo much for sharing brotha
Glad to meet you here my friend,.cheering your hardworks.
everything is in her name? OMG you are a brave man!!!
Great investment. It should have been a few years ago but it's not too late. Quite a big lot. Soon you can grow your own produce. This will solidify a growing family.
your so lucky tim. she got a gold, you got a diamond.
Omg awesome beach
Crissy, Just a thought. A 2story house with a flat roof deck would add living space on the
foundation the size of the first floor and possible get an ocean view. Possibly a third level
sleeping room also for the view and to be higher than mosquitos fly. We find that our upper
deck at 19 feet-6" (6 meters) has no mosquitos and the work crew slept up there even though
we built them an 80 SQ mtr poured concrete house.
Sounds like a good plan ☺️
Lucky Tim you have a young cheerful pinay! And you look young too! Good luck guys!
Good move tim .great investment .you will be enjoying the whole journey of buliding a house with your new property .good luck.
Super happy for you Tim & Chrissy! Dream house, dream wife, dream country perfect!
Western guys dream.
That's a good amount of land, I would continue building and make it the way you like.
A very beautiful place. Can't wait to see your future home there. Stay safe my friends. God bless you.
I'm having trouble reconciling your priorities....you drive a FJ Cruiser but live in that??
Congratulations!sir tim and family!
We just got land close to Alona Beach, 500sqm. We are to drill for water there I guess. 2000peso a meter.
For the land...drilling for water, unknown so far.
Nice lot Tim, I get it. In order to get electricity you need a house built, in order to build the garage and bigger house you need electricity.
Room for a bed and spot to cook. Good deal
Great video. Thank you for your "unique" singing style. Truly a man of many talents lol... It is so awesome to see how much love you and your wife show each other. Love the new house and am looking forward to seeing the progress. Good luck to you both and be safe.
It’s beautiful! So happy for you guys! How big is your lot? May I know how much is per sq. meter? Are there still lots available? Please let us know because we are planning to visit the Philippines this October and hopefully we want to visit Samar.

Congrats Tim and Chrissy for your new house😉🤙 god bless and more blessings to both of you 🙏
Hello I’m your solid supporters since you newly wed with Krissy
So Tim and crissy, do you have to put something on the land, so you can redevelop?
Where in Eastern Samar brother? I was born in Borongan. I was just there in 2020. We moved to California in 1979, joined and retired from the military in Cali, full circle.
I even went to Tabok Elementary School.
Somehow this vid makes my heart ❤️ smile. Your wife looks so innocent and pure. I used to be like her but not anymore. I found this vid by searching Samar Island on RUclips cuz I’m missing my home island.
Tim you love each other ,enjoy life and be happy together
What a paradise Mr.Tim!!!! You got the best in Life men!!! So envy from TX usa.
