i have no symptoms of low diastolic bp...mines normally 58 i do a lot of exercise running 6 miles and cycling 10 miles also doing weights 6 days a week and my resting heart rate is 54 bpm is that ok ?
All the symptoms i am facing last few week blurry vision always feel lethargic diziness tiredness pain on both the legs sometimes blackout wheh i stand up. My BP diastolic is not going up above 59. Its varies between 50 to 58 all the time and not enev touches 60mmHg. Its corona time. What should i do. My exams are coming and i can't study what should i do.

My diastolic is higher. This morning my systolic was 118 and diastolic 88. Is that fine?

Mine is usially around 60-68 never above 70 mark but rarely below 60...is that ok?
