Yes! Hero said that thet xpulse 400 was 90% completed but the engine has few things which they didn't like so that's why they are delaying yhe launch by almost a year

No bro for 400 cc 1.7 is less according to the present bike market in India I think it will be around 1.90 to 1.95 for base model
