Actually Prince William has set up initiatives to end homelessness and he does seem to care. His mother took him to homeless shelters when he was a child and I don't think he's ever forgotten that.
Inside carparks ara the best spots when you ara homless when its snowing get a lot of cardboard then just put it down on the floor then put 10 jumpers and jacket on and piss in a plastic bottle then keep hold of the bottle until the piss goes cold and smoke few cigarettes that you have find and you should make in the night
If i was homless i wouldn't sleep in tent i would walk too the city centre and find somewhere were no snow around then but a load of cardboard down and get into my sleeping bag
If you sleep with other homless people the thing is they could steal something from you when your fastsleep and they could keep you up until late when your trying too sleep better too keep your self to yourself when your homless out there
