whole garam masala:

4-6 green cardamom
2 star anise
1 kg Chicken Bones-in
1/2 cup of oil
2 mediums of sliced onion
1.5 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1.5 tsp black pepper
1.5 tsp garam masala powder
1 tbsp cumin powder
1.5 tbsp Corriender powder
chicken cube
1 tbsp oregano
1 tsp maza and nutmeg powder / jaifal javetri
2 lemon sliced
2 tbsp green chilies chopped
200ml Yogurt
garnishing:
kewada water
fried onions
1 tbsp julienne cut ginger
handful corriender leaves
mint leaves
