This is the former Hotel Menage. Now you know why I recommended this place to ya. LUSH. We left the park to come back to play at the pool. Dining is on point as well. Best place for your dollar to stay in the Disneyland Park area
Adam, you are DEFINITELY the “Mr Rogers” of Southern California Travel Vloggers....calm, and reassuring, and finding the simple joys in little, underobserved details in everyday life!
Yesss. Pool tour comence! I also LOVE crow hour. That was the time we usualy left Disneyland. 🥰 I loved standing in the Esplinade to watch them congregate in the trees during the beautiful sunsets.
I’m very thankful for this series. My Bro-in-law lives around there, but in a very small place that can’t accommodate my entire family. In addition to visiting him in the future we’d also like to visit and be in close proximity to Disneyland. Great and informative series!!
All these pay for parking....schedule a pool time....freeway noise....no free breakfast....no desk chair....no coffee maker hotels are 👎 thank you Adam for doing the grunt work for future Disneyland trips 👍🏻
This is a fun series. Seeing what the different hotels and rooms look like. I like trying to figure out what the shapes of the pools look like. Looking forward to checking out the next one. Be safe. God bless
Absolutely positively first check pictures on Yelp for which hotels have bed bugs. If you take them home you'll be stuck with them for life. We stay down here often wife attends nursing seminars and medical conventions. Oct 1st most area hotel prices will drop again significantly is the tale going around. Seems to be it's going to happen.
Given the wildfires affecting the air quality, covid19 and disney land being closed these are deeply discounted and do not reflect normal seasonal rates
Best bang for the buck is the Motel 6 on Disney way. Big suites for big discounts. That is if you don’t mind the pool 2 steps from your front door. Oh heck it, 1 step.
Have always seen that hotel when we would drive to the park. Havent gotten a chance to stay there as of yet. Always liked the close proximity to the entrance all on the same side of the street. Thanks Adam!!!
When i know I am staying somewhere that does not have a coffee maker in the room and if I am driving there, I will bring a MR Coffee style coffeemaker with me. I like my coffee as soon as my feet hit the ground in the morning.
This is a must stay place. I felt it looked really clean in the room and around the hotel. I think you found a gem. It also looks like the outside paint is new
Adam you looked a lot more pleased with this one than the last one, and i can see why, that bed looked so inviting, thought you were going to have forty winks, enjoying this series more than i thought i would, hopping from one hotel to another, i like it, i like it a lot 😀👍🏻 x
You’re across the Disney offices (green building) overlooking the 5 freeway. I’ve always wondered what that hotel was like. Thanks Adam. That’s good to know.
Love this series Adam! Last year my family and I stayed at the Anaheim Hotel, it was awesome. Totally a retro 1960s vibe, hopefully you'll get to stay there soon.
I have stayed at this hotel for years.. used to be pretty good, close to park, reasonably priced, nice pool area. The freeway was never an issue and we could see the fireworks at night, but the last 3 trips, rooms were dirty or not ready, elevators out of service, customer service not what it used to be, over charges on my cards.. so after my last trip to go to Downtown Disney in August I won’t be staying there again. Glad you are doing this series though
Really enjoyed this one in a bittersweet kind of way. I usually have a work-cation in October and it’s frequently on reservations in the Cali/AZ/NM area and Ive been missing the desert a little bit. This scratched the itch for me and summoned up memories of good times. Thank you, Mr. the Woo!
The traffic noise was unlike any hotel I've ever stayed in. Glad the door quieted things down. This one would be great for literally crashing at the end of a long day at the park.
That was a nice hotel minus the traffic noise. Enjoying your daily vlogs Adam. I hope they continue and glad that you are back in business. Until the next one... Stay healthy.
Hello Adam, great series. Sometimes You have to ask for a coffee pot, microwave, fridge if not already in room, might be a small fee. This is great for letting travelers know what is available around the resort besides Disneyland Resort accommodations.
That hotel seems more lively than the other ones, especially with the rush of cars going by. the pool seems fun, a standard room but it has good amenities!
Loved the video Adam and it was so awesome seeing Katie and Spencer what an adorable couple now I must say that hotel was one beautiful place and I loved all the palm trees 🌴 and your room was very nice and I really loved the view of what we were able to see of Disneyland like small world and also it nice to see the progress on Mickey’s runaway railroad and when it’s done it’s sure to be a fun ride even though you’ve been on the one in Orlando and to bad the vlog ended I was looking forward to seeing you guys having fun at Downtown Disney but all and all it was a great time so with that peace ☮️ love ❤️ and happiness to you Spencer and Katie and I’ll see you on the next vlog adventure also please stay safe out there
Stayed here on 2 separate occasions for runDisney events, was called "Hotel Menage" back then. Its amazing how the sound of the highway went away when you closed your room door. Definitely enjoyed my stays here!
Great Scott! Sorry, saw the TP and couldn’t resist a Rocky Horror reference. That is a great hotel to watch fireworks from (when they start again of course) Thanks for this series, Adam!
Hey, thanks for the great shots of the monorail barn! I"m still waiting for a "There are the monorails! ". They're in their cozy little green building, just waiting...that little shack should be just as well known as Space Mountain. That's just my opinion...
When you said in and out privileges, I thought you were referring to the burger place..lol...those rooms are definitely going up once Disneyland opens up..!..no coffee in the room..that sucks..👍👍

Pauly Gambino Lol, that’s actually what we started to do in the last couple of years. We bring our Barry’s Irish most places now, so much faster & tidier. One in the am, one after nap, super easy. I did not know about black tea until we visited Ireland. Lotta years wasted.
Wow you can see the 5! I was always curious about this hotel thank you Adam the W00. I am truly loving this series, keep going!😁👍 I will give you a big thumbs up! I do care.
Hey Adam, thanks for these. You're helping me get psyched for my holidays here in Australia at coast and finally returning to one theme park, Dreamworld..
As a hotel manager I can say there almost certainly used to be a coffee maker over the safe. The industry is being very cautious right now when it comes to food and beverage. I also want to mention that room rates will probably be much higher once the parks reopen. Love this series! Keep ‘em coming!
That's my spot!!! Love that hotel. It used to be called The Hotel Managè. I held up there for a week once. Pool views are nice, you can see the fireworks from your room... from actually in the pool too, now that I think of it.
My yearly trip has been postponed. We come in from Vegas for a week for the Halloween Parties. Our go to hotel is the Fairfield Marriott. Honest employees. Turned in a camera that we left behind a few years ago. I will always go back because of that, but good to see the other options in the area. Tha ks Adam.
What? No diving onto the bed this time? I think that was my favorite part of that video. I don't know why, but that gave me such a chuckle...probably because it's something I would do. Enjoying this series, Adam! See you in the next video!
Stayed here in 2016 for the NAMM show and was originally the Hotel Menage. It was great! Lobby bar had ice cold beer, breakfast was tasty. Seems there has been a fresh coat of paint and new management since. Highlight: Fireworks right outside my room every night in full view!
I have to say Adam if I booked a holiday here for a week or more the noise of the traffic would drive me crazy me and my mom stayed at a four points Sheraton at Miami beach and it was so peaceful the holiday wasn't great but the hotel made up for it they do pride there selves on tropical gardens and as much tea and coffee as you want for free another great video in this series
Anyone else keep expecting Adam to complete "hotel, motel" with Holiday Inn? I really hope there's a Holiday Inn nearby to actually complete the lyrics in one of these.
These are great reviews! I've only been to Disneyland once in the lat 10 years and had to choose a hotel pretty much blind. With these reviews I can make a much better decision. Thanks!
SystemJinx Rule of thumb is check online reviews where the Hotel management responds to good and bad reviews in a timely manner with a hand typed response. Not a standard paste response. Those are the best hotels always.

Hopefully, be able to see you out and about somewhere and be able to tell you the same, even while maintaining a safe, socially responsible distance. Stay well!
I brought my family there for a family staycation. And again my kids loved this pool unfortunately the hot tub isn’t open. But we walked to downtown Disney and had a great time.
When I was younger and broke, my 16 year old son and I would tent camp for $30 a night at the RV park right across Ball road on Harbor (right on harbor across from the elementary school)(they only have 3 spots, surprisingly always sold out). Because we live in Sacramento we had to reduce cost everywhere you could to make a trip possible. We figured 1/3 of our expenses was in hotel cost, so we found this place, thinking we were only in the hotel about 8 hours a night, why spend the money. After a long 12--16 hour day at Disneyland I would always walk past this this hotel and wish I could stay there, particularly when it was Christmas time, and Anaheim was freezing cold. The camping place had a shower and restrooms you could use, but they had bars for windows, so felt like you were showering outside. (made for fast showers) Plus the freeway noise was as loud as what you heard in your video. all night long. We always slept very lightly because you just knew someone was going to break into you tent in the middle of the night, plus the restroom door would bang on the door frame every time someone used it, which was all night long. Good times and good memories for me and my son. Now my son and I have annual passes, but still stay at the cheapest ,most shady motels we can find between Disneyland and Knotts Berry Farm. After tent camping dive motels feel like the Ritz Carlten. Keep up the good work.
@@TheDailyWoo You should think about doing the tent camping one time, (show the cheapest overnight accommodations close to Disneyland), it would make for a fun vlog. Not many people even know that this is even an option. Every person I've ever told that I camped next to Disneyland looked at me like I was from outer space, and when I told them I did during the winter months they thought I was crazy (and I was looking back). It would make for a funny/awkward vlog, especially if you brought some of your friends along. The RV place is strange combination of vacations/overnighter and long term space renters. You could get 15-30 minutes of footage just walking around the place. .

" I'd like a room overlooking the highway, please." This series really is a public service.
Annmarie Kane ha ha “ yes certainly sir, that will be an extra fifty dollars, would you prefer diesel or petrol fumes?”
My guess you live in the Midwest. Out here, near Disneyland we call them freeways.
Yesss. Pool tour comence!
I also LOVE crow hour. That was the time we usualy left Disneyland. 🥰 I loved standing in the Esplinade to watch them congregate in the trees during the beautiful sunsets.
Wow, that traffic noise is crazy! Thanks for this series!
My favorite of your stay of this series so far. The closeness to a Starbucks and tropical vibe did it. The pool area is awesome too.
Thanks. This series is great because I’m seeing a bunch of hotels around Disneyland I’ve never stayed at.
You are so joyful. These vids are so fun and very informative. Thanks for what you do!
Proper chlorination definitely equals more fun. Professional toilet paper leaves me with more questions than answers. Great series and thanks!
Pro toilet paper is a good thing

Great series Mr Adam! Loving the insight . Helps Me plan for when the parks are back in business.

Loving these reviews. They are great for people who don't live in the area.
The monorail towel on its own bed cracked me up!

I remember staying there several times when it was the hotel ménage. Loved it everytime. Especially their themed rooms.

Love the shot of the sun, so beautiful 👍
Great shot of the sunset over Batuu.

Love this series of Hotel tours. Wish Disneyland would open again but "heck it" might just stay in one for the view and the pool.
