Congrats on achieving the first step to your dream! Enjoy this moment in your journey. Just a tip from an interior designer, steer away from white furniture for an office interior. It tends to get dirty very quickly, is a hassle to clean and the wear and tear is more noticeable. Imagine someone dropping coffee on it, eek. Once you get your necessities don’t rush to get the rest of the the items as your tastes and needs will evolve as you settle in ❤. Loads of love and well wishes
I would purchase some sheer curtains, just to help with the acoustics and make it less echo-y. & maybe a little area rug to go under your desk & chairs. Away from the shooting location, it will also help with acoustics and offer a little divide between office and studio. Love it! Congratulations
Congrats on your space. The office is lovely but you need strong air purifiers for your office for two reasons - there's a lot of mold and toxins in these types of buildings due to the humidity and the modern building materials, especially HVAC unit, also Ikea furniture is toxic and off gases a lot.
Straight up guys , it is in my opinion that relocating to sharjah and get a huge 4 bedroom apartment and you can find 2000 sqft. The bedroom size is the size of your office. Home and commercial in one place. Why pay extra unless you guys got money to blow. If you got an office for visa purposes, you can get a business address only but there is a way . Anyway goodluck just my opinion
Maybe they want to keep their private life separate from their professional life away from their employees. I don't think that would be a very comfortable place to be even just to save monies..
@@Chiffon-36 considering the biggest expense in UAE is realestate rental I will definitely choose this way of doing business. The idea is to generate enough money till you become more successful and have a good size savings . Afterwards once their business is concrete they may expand but as a starter point of view many closed down and had to liquidate. Its not cheap to rent down here and even most of world. Baby steps are more proven to be successful
@@Chiffon-36 further I am not suggesting their employees to sleep in Commercial or the residential rental premises. Employees working hours in a separate office in residential can be done without invading their privacy hours .
@@mariannybejarano5340 I talking from a security aspect of feeling uncomfortable. I hardly think anybody would want to run their buisness from their private premises. Would you feel comfortable employing strangers and letting them know where you live?
@@Chiffon-36 I do not think you have ever been in UAE before as there is a saying you can keep your car windows open with gold inside and no one will take it. There is more comfort because you are working at home. The traffic here is disastrous and takes 4 hours of your day. I do not agree with you sorry , however good talk
