How do you add a folder to the DESKTOP on Windows 11? I have tried everything and nothing will put a folder on my desktop. I know how to create a new folder. I just CANNOT PUT A NEW FOLDER ON MY DESKTOP. Pleasehelp;

Folders is now called Labels. All my Folders have disappeared recently. I can't retrieve them. Can anybody help me please?

Because the old way to do it was so cumbersome...I mean you had to right click...and...and...and...that's it....
also what the heck happened to "scan this file with windows defender"!?
Generic Chinese tablets have a better OS than this garbage...
