    It's a beautiful place, I always wanted to own a place with a creek, but at that price it better already have a fantastic house.

    Wow!! That is a very nice property!!! I can already "see" my house right there!!! Three story cabin with a walk out entertainment room (not a basement) with a bedroom/bathroom, kitchen, a wrap around veranda on the second floor, with large living room, dining room, kitchen, family room, two bedroom/2 bathroom and a third floor with the master bedroom, bathroom, walk-in closet and it's own private deck/patio!! I can see that in my mind!!

    A nice house on the hill and a couple of Picnic tables by the creek for nice days. That could be very nice. My main request to outsiders is, if you immigrate to my Kentucky, become a GOOD Kentuckian. In my view Kentucky is hard to beat. We have some very very Pretty places.

      I am no hunting expert, but I am a farm owner - and I do think you need a hunting license to hunt anywhere ---- however, if deer are destroying your crop, it is fair game to shoot deer. And it is open season for coyotes all the time.

      Yes u can hunt your own property with out a license.if deer are destroying your crops.the ky fish and wild life will give nuisance tags.i dont know how many? It depends on how much damage.

      @@BradSimmons Location location location but when I first started watching prices were 1/3 what they are now I’m not the only one that left a big city for a better life 500 K for that land back three or four years ago was probably half but if there’s nothing but high-end homes well location location location the tough part is when you got a start at 500 and build a house well you better have deep pockets you ain’t gonna do it on the sheet Metal workers pension that’s for sure lol

    Wow. We know we are getting to the end of this funny money economy when a property like this is fetching this kind of dough. when there is a heavy rain, good luck even getting to your $500k property at 3:50 w that low water bridge. I have one of those on my property in SW MO but it also has another route to access. 95% of the time, they are fine, but not after even a moderately heavy rain.

    People will never sell their locked in low rate house, except for people who experience job loss, get divorced, pass away, job relocation, people with ARM loans, and the 1000 other reasons people have to sell. Not to mention all the new builds that will hit the market. Good Investment is all we need to be financial stable.
