I am no hunting expert, but I am a farm owner - and I do think you need a hunting license to hunt anywhere ---- however, if deer are destroying your crop, it is fair game to shoot deer. And it is open season for coyotes all the time.

We know we are getting to the end of this funny money economy when a property like this is fetching this kind of dough. when there is a heavy rain, good luck even getting to your $500k property at 3:50 w that low water bridge. I have one of those on my property in SW MO but it also has another route to access. 95% of the time, they are fine, but not after even a moderately heavy rain.

People will never sell their locked in low rate house, except for people who experience job loss, get divorced, pass away, job relocation, people with ARM loans, and the 1000 other reasons people have to sell. People will never sell their locked in low rate house, except for people who experience job loss, get divorced, pass away, job relocation, people with ARM loans, and the 1000 other reasons people have to sell. Not to mention all the new builds that will hit the market. Good Investment is all we need to be financial stable. I’ve come to realize as an investor that instead of letting my money sit idle in my savings account it’s more productive to invest the little available and build a portfolio from the accumulated profits of investment.
