And of course she always wins in the end because the plot demands it but she is never truly written in a way where it makes sense for her to win especially when she can barley deal with minor villians effectively. Tecnas abilities are underexplored but the little we do see has her altering laws of physics and reality in ways bloom has never shown to be capable of. I mean in season 4 she straight up dematerialises some webs with her basic megawatt attack, or in season 5 where she just deletes a blob of oil? (Different from her spell where she sends it to the trash dimension) i dont have a doubt tecna would come up with a way to take out bloom just like many past villians have because tecna has limitless potential ESPECIALLY post season 6 where they all have a peice of the dragonflame and tecnas smarts + they way she uses her abilities is far stronger than any of the other winx members.
