My Dad juts passed away on Easter morning and I had to make the decision to put him on Palliative care with morphine after we had to come to a realization that after 2 1/2 weeks he was going to recover. I did not want him to suffer and as he was struggling for breath the morphine helped ease him and what he was experiencing. I whispered in his ear “ Dad I told I wouldn’t let you suffer” . We had some good moments with him before he took a turn and the decision had to be made , although very hard I was not gonna watch my Dad struggle for breath. This video eased my mind on my decision .

I was an invalet, couldn't work , couldn't hardly walk , could barely function at all, all I did was suffer not moving much , fast forward years later to being on morphine prescription from my doctor for years & now because of morphine I work 50-60 hours a week ,& I can walk my dogs everyday & I function almost aswell as a normal person that's not in any pain, I'm still in pain but it's tolerable with exercise & the morphine pills , b4 morphine I was a burden on society, not really accomplishing anything & now because of morphine I support my family from full time employment & I own my own home , b4 I was costing tax payers $1000' s per year & now I pay $1000's per year into it same as everyone else, so anyone that says morphine is bad , doesn't know what there talking about because for a lot of people it's a life saver

mike duda Very true for some it has legitimate uses..to bad people abuse it and make it so hard to obtain for those that live in constant pain. I believe a day will come that our group of pain and cancer patients will not be prescribed any pain medication because of irresponsible people and laws passed out of ignorance from the trump administration.

@Humble one < Hate to drag politics into medical subjects, but if someone lies then here's the truth. All these crazy prescriptions wars have started under the Obama administration, taking it away for legit pain patients... his successor just continued it, whoever that might be. Besides it's not even the presidents themselves who makes these whacked out rules and laws. Only trying to be fair to both sides.

Me, too. Central nervous system damage from a botched spinal surgery left me is so much pain that the short circuit literally turned off my right leg. Just one mL orally of 3% morphine chloro-hydrate during the day gave me my life back. But I had to leave the USA completely to get it. I had to ex-patriate. Nothing else works, but they loved to use me as a rat for everything under the sun. 7 years and not one complication. And CBD from medical marijuana allowed me to cut my dose in half.

@@jack_knife-1478 No problem. I weaned myself off the 8mg of Clonazapam per day I needed to exist (sleeping 22 hours a day) 7 years ago and switched to Morphine drops to take it's place. I just did full battery of blood work. All perfect. I also need 10mg of Valium, b.i.d., each day. For some reason the Morphine does not kick in without it. Realize, Morphine and Valium are very old, generic, extremely cheap meds. No one wants to sell them. There is no money in it. I STRONGLY recommend growing and vaping Harlequin cannabis, as well. All I got to say is I was on morphine myself for almost a year for chronic back pain
It changed my life forever. although I had to get off of it because of my bad constipation reaction to it so oxycodone is definitely the best medication right now for me although morphine for me did last almost 3 hours compared to oxycodone 1 hour 30 mins.
But overall morphine was very good. it worked and more people should be on it . Take it as prescribed...

I have loved God millions of times and even felt his love.. i thought Christ betrayed me but i then felt the real love of Jesus.. i doubt he abandon anyone.. especially when i carry my cross alot.. yet no avail.. long hair stopped my head hurting but i jus had it cut cause i made dreadlocks.. got lots of growing to do now.. but i know Jesus is real.. i have seen him & what happened but i don’t wanna leave myself too open^^
But yes pain is a loss of Soul fragments which go to the great mother which catholicism call hell or christianity.. which is why the parts of the body hurt.. but we can retrieve this missing parts of our Soul by earthing & grounding by placing our bare feet on the planet! Soil, grass etc etc..
I don’t have much pain now it is jus in my head cause i cut my hair.. but being wholy will heal us for 100%
Taking part in the eucharist is a heal too.. but i do not get to go
I’d love to go tomorrow but there is a wheat demon belief.. i have seen drawing of the wheat demon but we have used wheat in eucharist for years so not sure why they use wheat if it is demonic.

I hope someone prays a miracle will happen for me.. seems my chest issue can only be healed via surgery! But miracles can happen i am sure my body can break it down.. i actually turned down buddhahood/nirvana for the sake of sticking with Christ. I am ecstatic most of the time but get too ecstatic..
Not sure.. i will get a scan on my chest soon to really see what is happening..
      All the best

Oh how I wish he was my Pain Doctor!!! I have almost 20 years of experience of opiates as pain medication and I completely agree with every single thing he said. I was terrified to take the stuff at first for fear of becoming a drug addict and it was completely unfounded.. Of course, Hollywood etc and their portrayal of opiates is partially to blame but as the Doctor said, it is pain level dependent - if you are in a lot of pain, you don't even know you have taken huge amounts of morphine except from the reduction in pain - there is no "high", just relief from torture.
And delivery is everything: i.e. IV - you need less and it works fast and you get an immediate relief but it comes with a rapid dizzy feeling but orally it takes longer and it doesn't feel the same at all - no sudden light-headedness.
I so wish everyone in pain was allowed easy access to really good pain relief such as opiates and cannabis but we all let other people say "just deal with it" - why do we do that?
    Screw them.

I wish I had the exact working way, words, or what ever to show your Doctor the truth you know about in relation to your Pain and suffering. But sadly I have been in front of Doctors throwing up and in dire Pain of Neck, face, head, and upper body due to severe injuries in my Neck (C1-C2 fusion), face, head, upper body, and they stand there and tell me why they can't help me; and there were those who would give me the drug addict spiel- though I am NOT a drug addict nor have ever been one.
I say- all you can do is truthfully tell them how it works for you, and compared to what doesn't work as well or does nothing, side effects, how it makes you feel bad besides the Pain, and/or what applies to your Pain scenario; and to hope and Pray also for help.
If it doesn't work, and your Doctor is NOT listening, all you can do is call any place you can for help, find another Doctor. It's still up in the air, and especially now with all this new drug addict paranoia. Infuriates me with disgust!
I do know you have to somehow get your Doctors trust that you do need it, will use a working Narcotic and dosage responsibly, and which I know is NOT easy at all.
I don't want to be negative about it, as I know well what it is like to exist in Pain and with NO life, and with people who just give you the ole sorry can't help you- as if it's all a piece of cake for us people who exist in Pain that rules our life. (please any people who think such is not true, go away- you obviously have not suffered in daily constant Pain that rules your life).
Anyways, I think one important thing, is finding a person with Power in Medicine, who will open the door for your self getting the Narcotic Medicine that works the best and the working dosage- for your type of Pain and body. Like I said, somehow getting their trust, somehow where they can see the truth to your Pain, and to trust that you will use it responsibly, not sell it, not give away (which people with Pain have no desire to do, but they need to get that trust that it won't happen, and is NOT easy for us who are in Pain and that's why we are wanting it as it works! Yes not for everyone, but there are many of us for who it works like a Miracle Medicine, Life Saver, G-d Send!
It does suck, as things seemed to be advancing well in Medicine towards people with Severe Chronic Pain- being treated in relation to Narcotic Medicine as if it doesn't work for us and is real dangerous. Though the danger is actually like any other Medicine- use it wrongly and it can be deadly. Plus Narcotic Medicine is used by drug addicts for a buzz/high, though such goes away not long down the road, though it still eases Pain even though the buzz/high goes away and even using the same dosage. The bit about always needing to up the dose for our Severe Chronic Pain is Bull. It all depends on whether the person is using a correct dosage, best working Narcotic Medicine for their Pain and body, and that there is NOT further injury or sickness in relation to why a person is using Narcotic Medicine.
But of course they pump all this drug addict death stuff each night on the news, and close to never tell our side of the story in relation to Narcotic Medicine- pretty much looks as though they are hiding it, as that is a big stumbling block for their drug war and the truth of Narcotic Medicine NOT being what a number of them tell- like the fact that for us people with Severe Chronic Pain it is a Life Saver and NOT a killer! Oh go figure that will you, yeah does NOT coincide with their whole bad picture of Narcotic Medicine.
So thanks to people who use Narcotic Medicine wrongly, dangerously, they end up dying due to such use. For if used correctly and according to a Doctor, the odds of danger are way out there and NO different than any other Medicine.
Yet we people who use Narcotic Medicine responsibly/safely and according to a Doctor, are now being punished for other peoples wrongs and our working Medicine taken away from us for nothing! Which I have a hard time with these people who think it is all okay, and maybe they aught to suffer daily for many years with a ruined life, a void life, and see what it's like! As they are obviously skipping us once again as people and as if it's okay for us to suffer when a Medicine that works the best is sitting right there on the table, and yet they keep it from us for other people's wrong doings. Which is NO different than communism!
Anyway's good luck, and hope you can find a person who has weight to help you get the Medicine You need! Call whoever you can, search, and don't feel bad about doing it- for You deserve to have a life just as much as anyone else, and NOT left to just suffer for nothing!
There are good Doctors who know the truth, but they are being threatened, forced to do stupid things, and are hard to find in these Narcotic paranoid people and times (they need to separate us people who use Narcotic Medicine responsibly for Medical reasons, from drug addicts, to STOP throwing us all in one big basket that is labeled drug addicts)!

    • @Conr454
      @Conr454 6 лет назад

ya i think about that alot, they do worry if we are just wanting it for somekind of drug relief to feed our fix, but at the end of the day truth is power, so when we speak our words to them about the things we go through, if they are true, they do possess alot of power in making things happen.
my doctor is just steering away from painkillers saying they can eventually make the pain worse in my head^^ so i understand his reluctancy.. even though i felt seriously brain damaged onenight which i do believe could of been easily avoided if i was prescribed somekind of emergency morphine or something which would of been heaven.
but ya we can have faith. i was pushed to only think of death, i too was just living in pain with no life, no one can understand, they think it is just nothing as they cannot feel it, people lack empathy, it can be scary.
at times people are my medicine, so going to the doctors changes me into someone else compared to who i am when alone in my room at night etc, it is like our off-screen character & on-screen character.
and since visiting the doctor is a person, being a type of medicine for me, i sometimes forget or rather prefer to not even remember that i was never actually in pain, sometimes people try to joke on to lighten the mood but i am like, i don't wanna break composure, i want this dealt with seriously
i am feeling slightly better, i am on an anti-epileptic drug now for my brain... i won't say too much to jinx it^^
but ya don't worry about the ones giving others a difficult life abusing drugs which makes others more hesitant to give to those really in need of opiates etc, something will happen, something always has to give, the tides will turn
it is amazing how much evidence they had on you too with you vomiting etc yet still no prescription... there is also alot of Spiritual practices we can do which help.. there is one i practice now i discovered myself called 'white light' i am still in the progress of writing fully about it but it should be good once i know everything about it. but it is a state of pure harmony.

You’ll find that there is the Earths pulse.. the Earths energy.. she is good..
I don’t have access to alot of grass at all.. not private but only public.. i get a short period at night whilst there is noone around & i go and sit on it or stand on it barefoot..
I would sleep on it if i could.. there is alot of Spirituality behind it.. there is majorly seen Saints use this to advance.. it is wide spread
But jus give it a try..

    • @Conr454
      @Conr454 5 лет назад

Tammy McCord where is your pain?
I drum.. musical expression can keep the pain at bay..
There is herbs you can combine also..
I read this today ‘"Did you ever say yes to a pleasure?
Oh my friends, then you also said yes to all pain.
All things are linked, entwined, in love with one another."
"What does not kill me, makes me stronger."’
It is interesting as.. that epileptic drug actually put me in even more pain.. but i survived it.. i felt like a mountain..
But sometimes they say that the pain is a messenger.. so write it out.. feel what it is saying.. sometimes it can come out with knowledge.. i do believe it is trying to tell us something.. sometimes it is ferocious.. but it will teach us..
But lastly.. pain i say is the beauty of the Soul.. some say there is no blossoming of it.. except at the price of pain.. some parts of me actually move like a flower blooming.. then there is no more pain.. it is like the actual discomfort IS a flower.. but it is trying to open up.. once it opens.. there is love..
So honestly the amount of pain we endure.. seriously seems like we have alot of beauty to behold & alot of goodness to give

The #1 challenge is providing proper management vs following the government's desires to torture and kill Disabled Chronic Pain Sufferers. (SCPSs)
#2 Challenge is to pass legislation that exempts (SCPSs) Severe Chronic Pain Sufferers from any government regulation.
#3 Challenge is to lessen or eliminate the need of Opioids by SCPSs by Lessening or Eliminating the Pain FIRST!!! (One does not turn off the lights because it is dark outside!)
#4 Challenge: Provide less or no help for Drug Addicts. Let the Drug Addicts know what they are getting into before they take that drug. Impose more severe penalties for drug abuse by non-pain sufferers. Drug Addicts have Clinics where they can go to get Drugs (mostly Methadone). Pain Sufferers have NO clinics they can go once kicked off needed pain medications. Drug Addicts HARM SCPSs and they should be penalized for doing that harm. How about them PAYING money that goes ONLY to SCPSs? Drug Addicts are who caused the problemvthus the Sufferer suffered more.
#5 Challenge: STOP FAKE PAIN REMEDIES!
Example: I went to a new Doctor... He wanted to put an injection into one of many of my painful joints. I was against it.
(Here is the stupidity of Dr Patrick Joiner in Naples Fl) He claimed the injection would last up to 4-7 days. He added he could only inject one joint per visit. He would be setting his visits 2 WEEKS apart! He would also prescribe pain meds. This means the pain in the injected joint (at Best) would have worn off a week before the next visit in which he would be injecting another joint!
This could mean it would take 6 months or more before the first joint would be injected again... (If it worked and I allowed it).
I was injected and got a prescription for pain... Well, I got a prescription that would not work, of course, (low dose or non-narcotic AND NOT even as many as needed... Nothing for the spasms, cramps and nothing for Sleep either. I left the prescription in his office as it was an INSULT. ( My "normal" pain meds were Percocet 5/325 every 6 hours plus Soma for spasms and cramps and Restorill for Sleep and that had become insufficient. I had explained that given insufficient meds always caused MORE damages, often non-reversible.
Pain in the injected joint came back before I got home. And it was a screaming pain the next morning.
Now I have been running a gauntlet of mis~treatments or no~treatments, except when hospitalized - (I told you it caused more damages.) Now I have rampant Diabeties, only on foot, mutilated manhood and urination problems plus several trigger fingers ALL of which were not present until after these mis~treatments or no~treatments.

Nurses use it to immobilize difficult patients to the point that any patient over 70 has a much greater risk of becoming much worse. Morphine can very easily over relax an elderly patient to the point they have a difficult time breathing, hyperventilating causing massive amounts of carbon dioxide to enter the blood.
Morphine is killing more patients than cancer, car accidents, suicides and homicides combined in our nation's hospitals. Where elderly go to get better right up until their nurse has had enough of a patient telling them they want to go home. Or my favorite the doctor prescribes Lasix (water pill) but forgets to reduce the prescribed amount so the nurse and the patient do not have to get up every twenty minuets to go to the bathroom/pee creating a situation where any nurse and or patients resolve would be pushed to the limit. Late night nurses are killing at a rate that would make Cambodia's (1975-79) Pole Pot proud.

You are so right. My mom died of lung cancer and her hospice nurses knew how I felt about them wanting to give my mom morphine.

@@Parker_World_Tv Right! I like it when the Nurses say, "We did not give her that much." ... HELLO! She's dead!?
Then the Doctor that killed my mom had every single doctor in the hospital come into her room to look at her so I would have to pay for them when the defense calls them as witnesses.
I bet we could get a class action lawsuit.
