English ki high court mai merit kam pe jaati hai, aur high court ka APS vacany mai english walo ko he lete hai. Aur bhut se vacancy aati hai jaha english ko he lete hai central govt. Vacany mai. Aur bhai shorthand aikh k ye mat samjhna ki haan job lag gyi. Exams hote hai phir mains mai skill pucha jata hai. Pehle ka procedure kuch aur tha ab kuch easy nhi raha.

Mam if anybidy passed shorthand with this typewriting skill is also requires first that person he should passed typing exam this is very essential ..i have passed 120 wpm s/h and typing 60 wpm i worked as joint exe .asst (fin) in HAL now im retired age 69..u explained nicely ..but nowadays very few persons knows about stenography..i agree with you if anybody passed this exam his job is fixed 100% after passig also exam practice is always required..

Mam if anybidy passed shorthand with this typewriting skill is also requires first that person he should passed typing exam this is very essential ..i have passed 120 wpm s/h and typing 60 wpm i worked as joint exe .asst (fin) in HAL now im retired age 69..u explained nicely ..but nowadays very few persons knows about stenography..i agree with you if anybody passed this exam his job is fixed 100% after passig also exam practice is always required..
