Exactly, they made it very nonspecific and left room for controversy. From what they said, "should be transmitted electronically, where applicable" so eventually no result was transmitted that way, inec have not explained why, they should ask inec why first before arguing endlessly

Finally, we are still not clear on what the "transmission" means, all the results inec upload were hand written, signed, and snapped, is that the transmission? Or is it electronic, one senator in agbada seems to clarify that it is was never electronic to begin.

So, a bill, and subsequently a law is passed in Nigeria by simply saying’ Yea! or Nay in the Nigeria House of Assembly as demanded by the senate president instead of real voting in the House, and the clerk count the votes. If this instance has been the way other bills or laws were passed, then Nigeria has a very long way to go. Simply raising your voice loud or louder is NOT a vote, period!
