My favorite hero, when Dota2 first came out. It was so fun to charge across the map, hit a couple of greater bash and then finish them off, when they tried to run away. Ultimate support killer.

Just wanted to give one more unsolicited tip: Whenever you see an invis hero or invis item shadowblade,glimmer.... Always buy dust of appareance. (I know you do it all the time in wc3, do it in this game too) Especially with Sb no matter what position you are. He is great at catching these slippery targets. Like try to make a habit of it, you see the invis hero/item, buy it asap no matter what hero, or position you are playing. This is gonna make you win so many games. I prefer to have 2 always until i am 6 slotted. for sb, it doesn't have to be right away. but the moment you feel you are strong enough to rotate and fight , yes definetly get the dusts. He's honestly right, spirit breaker is the "Man I had a rough day at work, time to charge enemies and click bulldoze before I arrive" hero. Simple but good.
I love him, but I kinda miss his HoN clone, Rampage. Basically the same thing except 1. predictable bash, 2. You keep ms for a couple seconds after charging and 3. Batrider ult. So you charge in, abduct one of their team members at super speed back into your team, then spin around and immediately bash them. Delicious.
@@Khrrck Spirit breaker used to be a bit more like that. I think landing a bash gave you a move speed buff for a little bit. It was always 17%, which is basically a meme in dota at this point. That sound fun lol. I actually had Dark seer about 3 times on my cavern crawl and had so many heavy teams with him. I learned how to blink vaccuum + aghs punch people into my team, it was so much fun. I felt like I was playing budget magnus. My captstone was pulling the enemy carry out of their fountain, punching him back into my team and then abyssal blading him after the knockback ended.
I think shard is pretty solid mid-late game, with s&y you get almost 100% stat resist along with your beefy health and you annoy the hell outta the spell caster
About bash, crits, evasion, and uphill miss and maybe some more chance related thing but not all of it, In dota2 there is something called psudo random where your chace of triggering crit, bash, etc. on your first attack is actually lower than it should be but graduately increase every time it failed to proc. You can use this to build up some chance before attacking enemy's hero for higher proc chance on your 1st attack.
This hero is simple to use but you could get your team in a lot of trouble vs coordinated teams. At higher level it's about creating the right scenarios for a fight. A classic strat is a fake out charge to one of the side lane force some TPs then immediately tp to the other side and smoke with team catch the one core that's farming jungle or lane. When this play is done correctly at late game it's pretty much gg. -SB GM spammer.
