As a kickboxer i will recommend you to run in the morning and then take nap at noon time and then at evening do ur M-Arts training.....if u dont recover then u wont be able to progress❤
Hey man!!! It has been a long time I can't believe you are still watching thank you so much! You have been supporting the channel for a long time I really appreciate that! Definitely took on some of the advice you gave me and just kept trying to improve with my videos. Happy to see some more people find the channel too. Wish you all the best man
Really hope you enjoyed part two of these Muay Thai Training series; if you haven't seen part 1 you can watch it here: ruclips.net/video/tKPLIj8S5lM/видео.html
Great workout! Here is my humble tip: Work either barefoot or in barefoot shoes on uneven surfaces. Helped me prevent ankle sprains and cure old injuries in time. It will take a while to get used to though.
When I started my Muay Thai journey I had a lot of ankle pain as well. My approach was if it had no swelling/redness/tenderness to just keep going. I never ended up with any injuries.
Hey Josh man I’m a really big fan of your work it’s really sad to see that your sub count is very low I wish the best for your growth on yt but also in Muay Thai I have been training Muay Thai for 2 years now and you definitely were better then when I first started keep up the constant uploads and work man your doing great 👍
Hey man thanks so much for the lovely comment! It is very kind of you to say and I really appreciate the support. That is amazing man where do you train Muay Thai? Super appreciate it man I will try my best and again thanks for the support!
@@joshtheintern I'm from NZ so the Muay Thai gym I train at is called City Lee gar I'm from Auckland and there's not a lot of gyms around me but I'm grateful to have found one close to me again man I really hope your channel grows you deserve!
Hi Roberto so happy that you are enjoying my videos. For now there won't be more Muay Thai videos for awhile as I am currently training for my hike across the UK but if you are interested in seeing hiking adventures then I am posting lots of them now
Aw man yes I can imagine that must be tough. Hope after your quarantine you can start up your training again. I used to be in a similar situation when I lived in Macau I had a tiny apartment and would have to do my training in a park at night. Wish you all the best!
Hi! love your muay thai series! This is inspiring me to also go to Thailand and train with the best! However, I am wondering how fit were you before started training there? Because a 10km run is not for the faint of heart, let alone as the starter for 2 different independent sessiosn of multiple hours or something! Keep going and get well soon with your ankle!
Thanks so much! I am really happy that you enjoy my series and that it can inspire you! Before this homemade camp I worked out about an hour a day mainly body weight stuff, some running or bag work. Thank you very much I really appreciate your support!
@@joshtheintern Wow thanks for the quick reply! But I meant before you went to Thailand haha What is your background of activity before Thailand? Did you already do kickboxing or muay thai at a gym in your homecountry? Did you also run a lot before that time and after Thailand everything went in overdrive? I hope you can/would reply again! And again, nice channel! Keep it up!
Thank you for the words of encouragement I really appreciate it man! Yes I am on a much better path now. Thank you for watching and supporting, it really means a lot
Keep working josh! Started Muay Thai earlier this year and it's so much fun. Getting motivation to work harder after seeing you go at it. Hopefully your ankle is not to bad, maybe try to put some planks or something to stabilize the ground under your bag? Looking forward to more
Awesome to hear! Glad you are enjoying Muay Thai! Appreciate the advice might be something I give ago to make more equal ground thanks very much! Thanks for watching and I appreciate the support!
I feel motivated by watching this video

Excellent ! Keep training! But do less, you are injured because it's too much, do with days of rest.
Thanks!

Insane
Probably have to get a heavier bag no? Unless it’s 150lbs bag kinda looks small to me
Yeah a heavy bag would be good but they are a bit too expensive and I am not sure my wooden stand could hold it
Happy to be here at 3k subs now road to 6k!!!!!!
Thank you for staying with the channel and supporting me I really do appreciate it
