    Thanks for the useful videos about Malpensa Airport ground transportation.
    So my guess is that the bus service is a cheaper option for travelers on a tight budget
    And it’s only 10-20 minute traveling difference in comparison with the Malpensa Express train service. Correct?

    • @StrollingAround
      @StrollingAround  8 месяцев назад

      Yes and the shuttle bus has more flexible and frequent departures than the Malpensa Express train. It's cheaper and gives you a glimpse of the preview of the city as you're arriving. Thank you so much for watching.

    Your channel has a large number of really very informative videos! Subscribed to your channel :-) A small query: can we carry two luggage bags on the shuttle bus? Any rule regarding luggage size or anything?

    • @StrollingAround
      @StrollingAround  Год назад +2

      So happy to read your comment, thank you so much. For the luggage sure you can bring more than two, bear in mind it will be stored at the belly of the bus. Make sure once you arrived to grab it back as early as you get off the bus. Hope this helps.

    I have 2 little kids and we have 4 luggage. We are flying to MXP and leaving from LIN after 5 days. What is the best way to move luggage to LIN from MXP and store it there? Also does the shuttle driver help load and unload the luggage. Appreciate your response and time

    • @StrollingAround
      @StrollingAround  Год назад

      Sorry I don't really get the question, if you arrived in MXP then after 5 days you fly out again from LIN I assume you will need the luggage with you the whole 5 days right? I think there's a luggage storage in both airport. You will have to load/unload your luggage by yourself for the shuttle.

    • @StrollingAround

      Hi, the shuttle has air conditioning but there's no toilet available on board. The journey takes less than an hour on normal traffic. You might be better take a toilet stop before boarding the shuttle.

      Most people working closely with tourist speaks English, in general less people speak english in Milan. You can take the Metro M3 (Yellow Line) head to Montenapoleone for high-end brands, or go to Corso Buenos Aires for less expensive stores. Made both videos about it.

    • @StrollingAround
      @StrollingAround  3 месяца назад

      You should be extra careful at that hour to be honest in Centrale area. If you still need to make way for your accommodation from Centrale it will be difficult. So I would suggest just taking Taxi directly from the airport, costs more but a better option.

    bus or train? faster? cheaper?

    • @StrollingAround
      @StrollingAround  Год назад +6

      it's relatively the same, both in a normal condition takes 50 minutes to 1 hour of travel. Bus can be subjected to traffic, while train sometimes (rarely) might have some small delays. Bus is bit cheaper at 10€ while train costs 13€. Train does have some more options on stations; Centrale, Garibaldi or Cadorna while bus only reach to Centrale. Hope this helps.

    Hola, voy a viajar la semana que viene y llego al aeropuerto de Milan Malpensa a las 23h50. Tengo otro vuelo al día siguiente a las 06h15 desde Milan Bergamo, alguien podría decirme cuál es la mejor manera para llegar a ese aeropuerto (Orio al Serio) y orientarme en el tema de los precios?
    Muchas gracias

    • @StrollingAround
      @StrollingAround  Год назад

      Hi, there is a bus that connects Malpensa to Bergamo Airport, but considering your case of time you might consider taking a Taxi. Because last bus usually leaves around 22.00 and the earliest leaves at around 8.00.

    I arrive about midnight 1am, in May, any public transport at that time?

    • @StrollingAround
      @StrollingAround  Год назад +1

      I think the last Malpensa Express train leaves T1 at 00.20 after midnight you'd missed it, but still I don't think it's a wise option, arriving in Centrale Station at around 1 - 2 am too risky. Better take taxi straight to your location.

But still, the problems with pickpockets are always there. Keep your eyes open on all of your belongings and trust your instinct if anything feels not right.
