I had a B12 deficiency. I've been injecting daily for over 12months. I've gained weight without any change to diet.

Yep that’s what I do - I buy my b12 from Turkey as you can’t just go to the pharmacy in the uk and get them you have to get them from the doctors or some other place that is licensed to give them .
Yes! I have been doing B12 and then went to B complex injections for over a year and saved a ton of money. Just inject in the front of the thigh, it's easy.

After te first 3 I felt terrible

There is no reason to use injections if the individual has no digestive absorption problems. It’s common for over the counter B vitamins to provide 1000% of one’s daily needs. I use B12 shots because I do not absorb B12 via digestion and I do the injection myself. These folks just want to charge you a visit.

Depending on your B12 levels, you should only need it about once a month. But you are able to take it every 2 weeks. Any excess b12 will exit through your system naturally.
