I have one pair each of Mandala and Figs, both purchased late 2022 and I think Mandala must have stepped up their game a bit. I prefer the Mandala tbh, even ignoring the price. The Mandala has the left sided thigh pocket that is perfect for pens (and I'm left-handed!), and the Figs don't have a good place anywhere to keep a pen from falling down into the pocket. I don't need the zipper on the Figs. As far as fit and material I think they are similar. I usually wear medium-tall bottoms and a medium top, both feel a bit restricted around my shoulders with the medium top so I may size up to a large next time. I have also tried the underscrub top from both and in that one the Figs wins. It is 4x the price, but the material is more durable, the fit is better, and the details are nicer. The Mandala underscrub top has very short arms, making it about 3/4 sleeves on me, the fabric is really thin and flimsy. The one thing about the Figs is it's tight on the lower arms so a bit difficult to push the sleeves above your elbows. Frankly at that price point $55, I'm still looking for the perfect underscrub top.

Yeah if you’re a student the 15% discount figs does really isn’t enough... one of my school organizations did a bulk order for students and that was helpful tho! I wonder if any organization at your school would do that if everyone wears scrubs and a lot of people like figs

Ooooh…you got the Figs Dark Harbor color! …so, so gorgeous, just a unique shade. Figs is always coming out with these bright shades, I wish they would have more deeper, dark shades like Dark Harbor. I don’t need to worry about stains so much on darker shades. This was a great comparison review. I’ve been curious about the Mandala brand.
I agree. However, the inside of the pockets of the Mandala 3 pocket scrub top shows when your sitting or your phone if it’s a little heavy. My coworker thought my scrub top tore and was hanging out beneath my top - I said it’s the pockets sagging or dropping.

What I dont like about figs is how low the vneck is for my busty self. My patients see everything inside whenever I bend over. It's also not stretchy. I'm an XL and it feels tight but when I go a size up, it's way too big. Just ordered Mandala and hoping it's a bit more stretchy
Do you find youve to size down 1-2 sizes for mandala? With jaanu scrubs I had to size down 2x to have a hit fit. Whats your usual pants and top size and what size are these you got on the video?

Well figs is available in canada and mandala doesn’t!!!! Like as long as its looks chick and still has a nice material I would have choose mandala it’s cheaper too but they’re not in canada 😭😭😭

I’m the same height and 110 lbs. I ordered the petite high waist jogger pants in S and it’s the perfect length and fit. However, the petite Cargo pants in S was pretty long and came past my ankles but was a good fit on my legs overall. I hope this helps!
I wish mandalas website sold the sets together. It kinda sucks you have to select the top, then select the bottoms separately. I was a web designer/ux designer and that drives me nuts lol. But I do love how they display the raw price needed to make the clothing and ship it.
