johan fretzen , long story short , was an amazing night and place was packed , I was front and center , damage plan just comes on and less than 30 seconds in , this guy runs from behind and puts like 4 or 5 in back if dimebags head and then goes for Vinnie but didn’t get to vinnie but killed 4 or 5 more and when the cop showed on stage the guy had a hostage in a head lock with one arm and gun pointed at cop in the other and he went to shoot the hostage and about that time the person wiggles out and hits the ground and then boom cop takes this boys head clean off , 12 gauge 00 buck will do that close range ,, and then I puked and turned around and everyone done got out and I was by myself in there and I just walked out and told everyone hiding outside it was over ,, I watch them old vh-1 clips of that night and see myself in the video and my daughter stopped it and got a screen shot of me plain as day ,, SUCKED ASS because place was packed and was gonna be a jammer ,, 3 or 4 times dimebag would stick his head out and give us a hell yeah , with his black tooth grin drink !!! Yeah man it sucked ass ,,, just started playing and then boom you’re dead ,, I got a drumstick with blood on it still ,,if I was a little crazier I would have grabbed dimes guitar but he landed on it ,, we all thought it was a joke at first till he hit the ground and all you heard was the feed back ,,,

There are so many talented metal bands up and coming. Haven't you heard about Hammerhedd. Damn kids are 11 and 12 and playing Speed Metal. Bands like Mutoid Man and Baroness are some great metal bands with different formulas. Stephen Brodsky plays the drop down tuning on his top string like Tool, but plays speed metal. His solo in Bandages with the distortion pedal work is amazing.
