- The plaintiff claims her ex-boyfriend was physically abusive. She filed a restraining order against him after he allegedly kidnapped her, beat her, and held her for ransom. She’s suing him for unpaid traffic tickets. The defendant admits he hurt the plaintiff emotionally, but denies physically harming her. He’s countersuing for harassment and emotional distress.
If a dude kidnapped me and beat me and held me for ransom there is no way I would want to see him in court over parking tickets.

She knew abt the car because if he snuck and got a car in her name he wouldn't use her grandmother's address so he wouldn't be caught. @Lakia he used her up as much as he could now he don't want anything to do with her because she has depreciated in value.
