It was a recurring joke Troy added to his videos of the Race to 9999 VR series whenever he'd encounter a string of bad luck (in other words, whenever he'd start to get salty). I think he jokingly did one or two of NMeade in one of the episodes as well, with NMeade's famous "WOW" sound effect.
