Hi, the adaptor is different from the USB-C hub. IPhones and Non-DP Android phones need an adaptor because they don't support display output. Currently only our official adapter can be used with our glasses. Wish this helps for you.

fake, you can see that it shows the bluescreen that says "connect your phone to glasses", this is fake device that does not work (not for switch nor non-dp phones)
It doez work, that's the message you get when you open the TCL app , I got the glasses the same, but its just a scam to increase sells selling the glasses with the adapter for £400 £450 , let me tell you that I got a way to pass your adapter buy buying a regular HDMI to USB C converter ,that works as intended, with a input from a hdmi device like a laptop or steam deck through a usb c to hdmi adapter, you may be clever but there will allways be a workaround , the glasses are amazing but the app is lame so lame you created a product so good but you don't know how to sell it and show it's features, same like NReal have exclusivity on the ee mobile but no one knows what these glasses are and what they do

money wasted, the problem with streaming apps is the DRM and the adapter doesnt mirror rather sends recording signals which mirrors a black screen
