9:13 The game is capable of supporting 1000 active zombies all at once. As a developer myself I'm genuinely impressed that they were able to do this without severe performance degradations at all
The thing that creeped me out the most about World War Z was the sheer amount of zombies, like they was the closest to how the hordes would be if it was real life the accurate population and all.
Also they aren't typical zombies. They are like a infected from 28 days later or Last Of Us. They aren't rising from the dead, and you don't have to shoot them in the head. Just infected people. Loved how they starve if they don't eat.

CUBA!
I love how the little Teddy Bear on her back gets all bloody and it swings around when you move. This game is pretty good for what it is, a nice little Arcade style Zombie game... and to boost it, it's the World War Z universe. The only universe where the Governments are still alive after a zombie out break
WWZ was actually the first zombie movie I saw, and after watching it I fell in love with the zombie genre, I'm so hyped to see which format they base the game on(book or movie)

I Don't really like Zombie TV or movies, the only ones I like are The Walking Dead (Early seasons), and the new Netflix Show Black Summer. That first part is pretty much Dead Center from Left 4 Dead 2. I love how it feels like their own unique homage to the classic in a way, whether it's true or not. Just the fact they're in that mall type building, there's a car on display and other details.

As someone who has read Max Brook's book, I really liked the briefing on the New York mission and the foreshadowing of Yonkers.
europanzer I read the book too and was so excited to how they were gonna work it out as a movie and couldn’t have been more disappointed, I wanted to see Yonkers SO DAMN BAD. there’s so much from the book that would have been so visually striking, if they did it right that is.
@@ThuggyMFc To this day I still think that the proper way to adapt it would have been a Tv series. Each of the stories could easily be its own episode in an overarching storyline, and I completely agree that it could have delivered some amazing scenes if done properly. The chinese sub, the downed cargo plane, the entrenchement and defense in castles across the EU, the firebombing of Chile... so much potential thrown away.
