Good work man keep it up. I’d suggest focusing on quads for a mesocycle. Your hips shoot up first out of the bottom end of the squat which shifts the stress from your quads to your back

Impressive squat. A bit of advice if you'll take it. Warm up ur back. Like a lot. Upper, middle, lower, lats, all of it. U left 20lbs on the bench and overhead, easily. Warm up more.
I never even thought about that but It makes a lot of sense, I'll definitely try it!
