ARDEX K 60 ARDITEX is a two-component Rapid Setting Latex Smoothing and Leveling Compound, allowing the contractor to simply mix 1-bag of K 60 cement with 1-bottle of K 60 liquid. No water is required eliminating the need to source water at a job site - a perfect mix every time. ARDEX K 60 ARDITEX has excellent adhesion, flexibility and moisture resistance. With its unique formulation, ARDEX K 60 ARDITEX does not require mechanical profiling and does not require a primer - eliminating the cost and labor associated with extensive substrate preparation and priming. ARDEX K 60 ARDITEX can be installed from 1/8” up to 1/2" in thickness and can be finished using a smoother tool or a spiked roller to provide a smooth, flat finish suitable for virtually any flooring system. ARDEX K 60 ARDITEX can also be used as a smoothing compound on permanently wet areas prior to the installation of ARDEX MC™ Moisture Control Systems.

hold on a sec, it can be used in permanently wet areas "prior to Ardex MC" ?!?
That is a HUGE deal. Ardex won't even allow Feather Finish under MC.
