Loved them Wendy, I have some tiny inlays I made from that faux leather I’ll try it with them and I ordered some Cabochons from Temu as I watched you, trouble is Temu now has you ordering $40 on every order and I won’t play that game, they’ll sit in my basket until I find more I need, I’ll share your video with myself so I can easily go back and watch it. Just wondering, do you know if spraying inlays with isopropyl alcohol before coating them with the resin would help get it into all the little spaces? You use it to break surface tension so it made me wonder if it would allow it to flow into small spaces easier as well. What do you think, have you ever tried it?
Yes and it definitely helps 😀😀 it’s not infallible as it dries quickly and can pool which could soften your cured resin. So a very light fine spray is suggested 😀💜👍

Hello Jody, here I am new to your channel and a beginner to resin. I never seen those inlays or inlays so small. How do I get them?or where can I? I also have another question.. everything I cure a shallow pc. Of anything it cures with a curve can you please help me understand why and what to do to correct it?
Hi there
I’m Wendy by the way 😀😀
Resin shrinks when curing so if it is very thin it could potentially curve or curl. It needs to grip something to stay flat. So if you are using a sticker for instance, stick it down with tape first 😀😀

The flatter one looks like the kind that were popular about 10 years ago where you could buy tiny little charms to put in them, loose. I thought you were going to make a kind of shaker pendant with the big one (I’d love to see that) but it’s stunning in its own right. I might need to get some of those inlays x

I wrap a rubber band around the hinge of the magnetic one so it doesn't close, I agree it's frustrating when it keeps closing on you! they both came out gorgeous!

I wonder if there would be a way to make interchangeable disks or something for those pendants? Then you could sell like a small pack of new designs on occasion for the pendants... or if someone bought one they could make new designs they could switch out. I hope this makes sense X.x
